The exfoliating I of this product is nice. When touched directly out of the package it is hard and almost foam like. However, when we it gets a bit soft but still firm. Not too rough but not too soft. I’ve noticed a difference in how soft my skin is since using the product. I do like that the product comes with a string to hold it!
