Grounding Plug GX-B

Firstly, the grounding plug for use in my USA home blocks the receptacle outlet above or below where the grounding plug is inserted. In other words, you cannot plug in this grounding plug _and_ some other plug with a ground lead on it because there is no room . This is absurd as there is no reason to make the grounding plug so oversize. Instead, I am inserting a ground lead directly into the ground using a modified grounded extension cord plug. Secondly, there was no screw provided for attaching the cover plate for the grounding plug. The supplied ones are too short. And lastly, there are only enough screws to connect one grounding wire. Quite a fail for such a simple product.
