Heavy duty material. If worn over coat or hoodie, is a bit small(I ordered 2x). For big individuals, might want to order a size larger, so it won't be too tight. Otherwise am satisfied with it. Seems to be well made,sturdy, not cheap.

This has pockets! This allows me to put my jobsite radio in a radio pouch and my cell phone in an easy to get to pocket with a hook and loop fastener to keep from losing it. This meets my needs and came very fast after ordering it.
