Light anywhere anytime
I have an area on my Lani which doesn't get a lot of light and there's no electrical outlet there. So, instead of having the expense of hiring an electrician, I purchased this bulb, put it in a lamp and it lights up! It is perfect and a lot less cost than having electrician come over. Light bulb has three different light settings. Easy to work. Would recommend

Review of Neporal MagicGlow Rechargeable Light Bulbs with RemoteThe Neporal MagicGlow Rechargeable Light Bulbs with Remote offer a versatile and convenient lighting solution, particularly for those looking for an eco-friendly and adaptable option. Here's my in-depth review based on functionality, design, and overall value:Pros1. Rechargeable FunctionalityThese bulbs are equipped with rechargeable batteries, making them ideal for power outages or portable lighting needs. A single charge lasts several hours, ensuring reliability during emergencies.2. Three Color ModesThe ability to switch between warm white, cool white, and daylight gives you flexibility for various environments, from cozy living rooms to bright workspaces. The transitions between the modes are seamless and suit different moods or tasks.3. Stepless DimmingThe stepless dimming feature allows for precise control over brightness levels. This is perfect for creating the right ambiance or for tasks requiring focused light without straining the eyes.4. Remote ControlThe included remote control adds convenience, letting you adjust the color and brightness settings from across the room. This is particularly useful for ceiling-mounted or hard-to-reach fixtures.5. Energy EfficientThe LED technology ensures energy efficiency, reducing electricity costs and environmental impact. Combined with the rechargeable aspect, this makes it a sustainable choice.6. Easy InstallationThe bulbs fit standard sockets, and installation is as simple as replacing a traditional bulb. This user-friendly design ensures a hassle-free setup.Cons1. Charging TimeThe charging time for the bulbs can be relatively long, especially if you're using them frequently. It may require some planning to ensure they're ready when needed.2. Remote Range LimitationsWhile the remote control is convenient, its range can sometimes be inconsistent, especially if there are obstacles between the remote and the bulb.3. Durability ConcernsAlthough the design is sleek, the plastic material feels slightly less durable compared to traditional glass bulbs. This might raise concerns for long-term use.4. Price PointThe initial cost is higher than regular LED bulbs, but considering the features, it could still be a worthwhile investment for many.Overall VerdictThe Neporal MagicGlow Rechargeable Light Bulbs with Remote are a practical and innovative lighting option, particularly for those who value flexibility and sustainability. While the price and charging time may deter some buyers, the benefits of color shifting, dimming, and remote operation outweigh these minor drawbacks. They’re especially useful for households prone to power outages or for creating customized lighting setups in any space. This is a solid choice for anyone looking to upgrade their home lighting with modern, multifunctional technology.

Great lights, but a little over priced!!
I ordered these for my mom, and she likes them, but we both wish they came in just one standard color—like white with adjustable brightness levels (dim, medium, and bright) instead of multiple colors. That would have made them much more useful for her needs. On the plus side, they’re easy to use and come with extra hooks, which is great for camping or hanging in areas without a nearby outlet. My mom bought them to add light to spots in her home where there’s no plug, and they work well for that purpose. That said, the price feels a bit steep for what you get. I personally wouldn’t have paid that much, but to each their own. Also, for the price, a charging adapter should have been included it’s a little disappointing that it wasn’t. Overall, they work well and serve their purpose, but with a few small improvements, they could be even better. Hopefully, this review helps you decide if they’re right for you! I love reviewing products as a hobby and hope to one day be part of the Amazon Vine program. Fingers crossed!

I purchased these hoping for an answer with how to power a regular table lamp, with no access to a nearby electrical outlet. If you have a “Great Room” in your home, you feel the pain. Running a long electrical cord is unsightly and/or a fire hazard. Don’t believe the people selling “flat” extension cords intended for that purpose when they tell you they are safe. Fire Marshall says otherwise. The bulbs come in a pack of four, with two short UBS charging cords to recharge the bulbs, and little hooks that snap on to the socket (screw) end of the bulb should you ever like to hang one up to use for light in the event of electrical outage. I charged two bulbs up (about an hour). There is a light on the inside of the bulb that turns from red to green when the bulb is fully charged. Screwed in the first bulb, Easy-Peasy! The LED bulb is touted to be the equivalent of a 100 W “typical” bulb. The little remote allows the user to select 50% power, which I assume means 50W of brightness, or 100%. The remote also allows the user to choose the warmth (color) of the light. I use “Daylight” in all my other LEDs, so I chose the middle setting on the remote, which seemed to be the closest. BTW, the remote must be very nearby the bulb to work. I’m talking inches.I need at least 100 W brightness, because I read in that spot. IMO, this bulb, even at the peak of charge, was not as bright as another LED 100 W bulb burning nearby. The greatest disappointment is that the bulb got about 3 hours (a little less) of light from the charge, dimming slowly at the last hour. NOT what I want. IMO, a rechargeable bulb should give DAYS of light, not a few hours. The performance of this bulb, and likely the other rechargeable bulbs on the market, are not manufactured to the needs of the consumer. Please don’t tell me that there are lots of rechargeable lamps on the market. While there certainly are, they are small (not real table lamps 20 to 30 inches tall) and not suitable for reading. Interestingly, I purchased a famous name recliner chair for that space. It works on a rechargeable battery. I use that chair every day, all day. I’ve had it for 3 months, and have yet to need to recharge the battery pack, which is the same size battery pack on my cordless vacuum cleaner and cordless drill. If a battery pack on a heavily used recliner can be engineered to work on one charge for 3 months, surely a rechargeable lamp can be created to burn that long on one charge. With so many “Great Room” furniture arranging dilemmas out there, there is certainly a market for attractive, full sized, rechargeable table lamps which will provide ample reading light (100 w to 150 W equivalent). I don’t recommend this product, at least if you are hoping to have full power lighting for more than a couple of hours. Who wants to be changing light bulbs every two hours all evening long? Listen-up, lamp and bulb manufacturers!

Best thing to have during a storm without power
Something every home should have in storage. These bulbs made life easy during a week without lights during the hurricane. It almost felt as if there was not a natural disaster going on.
