Have these wreaths been treated or varnished?

Wreath is lovely - no sharp bits sticking out but the finish is smooth ( not rustic) and not exactly shiny - I think it may have a finish on it- it looks more manufactured than a hand woven wreath - hope this helps

Is 30cm the internal or outer diameter?

I have purchased these & the 30cm is the outer dimensions the inner circle is approximately 12-15cm

What is the inner diameter of the 25cm wreath?

Dear J. S. Higgins, the inner diameter of the 25cm wreath is 14cm. As this is a natural product, the measurements can vary by 1 to 2cm. Best wishes Your Rayher Team

Is this wreath completely biodegradable?

Yes, it is made simply from Willow, nothing else.
