I only did one scoop after a work out and one before the work out. I did it consistently with no other products except for hydration with water it taste amazing. Usually protein powder is hard to swallow but this stuff taste like a smoothie I purchase the banana flavor, and I also sometimes threw in a banana in the blender, just for extra thickness and for cramps, but I did that as a precaution, I never experienced cramps. I have a smart scale that I used with my phone and ever since I started using this, my weight has been going up slightly every week and in the mirror I have been looking more toned from when I started using this product , definitely adding muscle mass in the added weight loss additives seem to be working. Definitely purchasing this every time.

I have been going through multiple different protein powders and this is my favorite. It taste good which is important to me. The serving size is 2 scoops of 72g which seems like a lot but it gives you 50g of protein. That means I only need to take 1 serving for the day. I also like that CLA and taurine is included. The downside is it’s kinda pricey.
