London Times Women's Soft and Flowy Feminine Ruffle Hi-Low Faux Wrap Maxi Dress

I got the periwinkle in a petite 8. The fit was ok, I am 5'2", 128 lbs. However, the fabric felt cheap and rough under my hands. I didn't like touching it. It didn't lay properly either. The color was beautiful but there is no way I could wear that dress.

I bought this dress in two colors with the plan to keep one for a wedding. The fit was not flattering on me. It did not lay smooth against my body but bunched up and looked sloppy. I returned them. They arrived stuffed in bags so they were very wrinkled and probably would not have traveled well if I kept them. The fabric was cheap and uncomfortable next to my skin.
