This product has helped me relax and fall asleep and not bad taste or smell to it. It has an amazing quality and easy to swallow not a big pill. It is very effective and not as expensive as other melatonin products can be.

The taste is pretty. It's not overwhelming. And it's not gritty. Some of the ones I have tried are very gritty. And as far as the combination of the ingredients of this melatonin, this one is perfect. The 40 mg along with the magnesium and ashwanda give me the perfect night's sleep. I was very skeptical about there's because melatonin never works for me, I mean never, until I tried these. They worked great. If I'm not disturbed from my sleep then I do get 7 long hours in. Be sure to discuss with your doctor before taking and I cut them in half also. I don't use a whole tab.

I’ve been taking this consistently for two months. I noticed it takes longer to fall asleep than the lower-dose ones I’ve tried. It usually kicks in anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour, so it’s pretty hit or miss. I started taking two to help me fall asleep faster, but then I began waking up feeling restless. Didn’t take it for a day and immediately had more energy and less fatigue the next day. I’m going to lay off of them for awhile
