Without a doubt, the bestest air fryer I've ever seen or used. Cosori has figured out the formula for putting design and function in one beautiful air fryer. I did a heap of research after my last unit (not a Cosori) bit the dust, just after the warranty did the same. I decided on the Turbo Blaze after reading customer reviews, Consumer Reports, and Good Housekeeping. Size is perfect, and the well lighted control panel is very easy to read. I have done tatertots to crispy perfection in 14 minutes, mouthwatering grilled asparagus in 7 minutes, and barbecued chicken in just under 22 minutes...juicy and crispy. I have used my Turbo Blaze almost every day, but the items I mentioned were repeat favorites. The ceramic grate lifts out and is the requires only as rinse. The drawer needs just a damp towel, although both pieces are dishwasher safe. The glass top wipes off without spotting. It does not have a window, but I found that watching food cook was like watching paint dry. Cosori has included a well thought out cookbook with a chart for everyday basics. They have done their work so you can have the enjoyment. This is a great addition to any kitchen, whether to give or receive. Love it!I will add that I'm a former chef with 38 years experience...now retired and cooking for one, maybe two. If a septuagenarian can use this, the younger generations will find it a breeze.This review is mine. This Cosori TurboBlaze is awesome! (And this is NOT a paid promotion!)This unit cooks great and probably has less than half the fan noise and absolutely does NOT get hot underneath like many other air fryers I have seen. I just assumed all air fryers were loud and created a lot of heat underneath and required heat mats, but that is definitely not the case with this one. As soon as I unboxed it, I ran two 20 minute break in cycles at 400/425F and my laminate countertop under and around the unit was still at room temp, not even kidding. What a pleasant surprise! The sides of the fryer body itself were warm but not at all hot. No heat mat required! There is a heat exhaust vent on the upper rear of the unit that gets a little warm but that's about it. While the fan is not silent, it's not a super loud blast furnace either. On it's highest setting it's probably about as loud as my over the range microwave, which is pretty mild, noise-wise.As far as cooking, it does a great job and has a large 9.3" x 9.3" (inside dimensions) basket with a bottom crisper tray that stays put when you tip the food out. The unit heats up very fast and cooks very evenly and the top angled touch screen is easy to see and very intuitive. I love that you can adjust the time and temp in mid cook, and that it pauses the cooking time automatically and then restarts when you remove and re-insert the basket. You can even manually reprogram the presets to times/temps more to your liking, if desired. The non-stick coated cooking surfaces are easy to clean and the unit doesn't take up much counter space.The one feature it lacks that I initially wished it had was a flip/shake beep timer halfway through the cooking time, but it's really not a big deal. A simple work around is to just set your cooking time for half and just shake/flip when it times out and then restart for the final minutes, or just set an egg timer. Honestly though, it cooks pretty darn evenly and the times I paused it to shake or flip halfway though, the food really didn't even need it.I have used it about twenty times in the last few days just trying everything from tator tots and french fries, squash, asparagus, potato wedges, fish, etc. and it has performed flawlessly. I actually have a full size convection oven so I wasn't sure how practical this air fryer would be but truth is, I know I will use this all the time now, just for the two of us. I find it really doesn't even need to preheat for most things (although you can still set it for that if wanted) and it cooks much faster than my convection oven without heating up the entire kitchen.Bottom line is, if you are on the fence like I was and not sure about spending more for what you hope is a better quality unit, just do it. This unit is well built, is relatively quiet, does NOT heat up your countertop at all, and it cooks very evenly. And honestly, not having a flip timer turned out to be a huge nothing-burger! It is a solid unit and it comes with a two-year warranty and a really nice 50+ recipe cookbook. Hopefully this thing will last a while but so far so good! I'm digging it!

We absolutely love this air fryer, so much better than the double drawer one from another brand we had before. The basket is big and the unit is versatile and accurate. It’s also easy to clean. The overall quality is superb. Cooking a marinated filet mignon at 450° for 9-11 minutes on Broil results in a juicy and delectable medium rare steak with a charred crust, which rivals all other means of cooking meat. We are thrilled and wished all kitchen appliance products were made this well.
