Great product. Love you can easily adjust the loop quickly by pressing the two tabs. Stays in place. The rachet sling is the best super easy I know it won't get loose. My door opens to me as I used a closet door my doors are all wood doors not hollow I don't think it makes a difference. My door did not open when using but it's easy enough to move to another door. Love the fact that you install this directly to the wall of course to the studs. A great option!! This is sturdy my husband who goes to the gym tested and liked it. Quality product

Super easy to install, easy to use for all types of workouts, and very easy to adjust for switching between upper and lower body exercises. Fit on my standard door with no problems. We leave it on our door all the time and it’s pretty low profile to leave up without people noticing.

When I originally bought this door anchor I discovered that it slipped when doing a pulldown exercise and so I requested a refund and left a slightly negative review. The people at FitKit saw it, contacted me and offered a replacement instead, which I accepted. Unfortunately the replacement anchor did the same thing, but when I discovered that I could place the second anchor under the first one and stop the slippage, I updated my review with that information.Much to my surprise the company used my suggestions for improving the design and sent me one of their new and improved anchors which I tested out today, and it worked perfectly. I replaced the previous anchor with this new one, pulled on it with all my might and it didn't budge! So kudos to FitKit for listening and actually using my feedback to develop a superior product. Even more surprising, I mentioned my concern about the edges of the anchor cutting into the resistance bands I was using and how I placed a soft cloth inside the anchor to prevent any chance of that happening, and they actually added a soft piece of padding to the inside of their new design! However when I threaded my bands through the anchor I did notice that it still kind of dug into the edges, though not as bad, but since I've read reviews of bands breaking and hitting people in the eye I went ahead and added the cloth anyways. Even though I'm using Bodylastic bands which have an inner filament for protection I still don't take any chances and also wear safety goggles when exercising which I highly recommend everyone do as well.Bottom line, I love this product and I'm very impressed with FitKit for listening and making it even better. Before I found this one I did purchase a door anchor system with preset locations but found it to be a major pain, especially since my door is tall and the hoops didn't go where I needed and then having to move the bands from one hoop to the next was annoying and broke the flow, whereas this design with the single anchor can be moved up or down quickly and with great ease.So thanks to the good people at FitKit. It's nice to know I have a voice and that once in awhile someone listens.

The anchor point height can be changed quickly and effortlessly. It has surpassed and replaced my previous strap with fixed anchor points. The ratchet works well to secure the strap to the door.Note that there is a right & wrong side of the door. It’s important to rely on the door frame to resist the user’s effort and NOT the door latch. The latch is not strong enough to insure safe use.

The anchor strap goes right over the door. It beats using nails in the wall. Sturdy enough for my resistance bands routines.

I like that the slider mechanism means it's easy to change the position of the resistance bands during a workout. It seems to be well made and durable, and the door is protected from damage due to the foam padding on the back.

The first strap I received had a defective release button. I updated this product review to three stars since the Release button seems to work well on the new strap.I am only giving it three stars because I should have not received a defective product that caused me MUCH frustration the first time.

Used this several times a week for the last 6 weeks. Allows for unlimited height adjustments for various exercises. This anchor strap has made a huge difference in our workouts with our resistance bands.Works perfectly. No slippage. Good quality.We highly recommend this product.
