The ceiling fan was very pretty, just a little too small for the area I needed. I was just wondering why was my refund credit to a Amazon account. I paid with my credit card. Why my refund was not issued back to my credit card? I did not ask for it to be credited to a Amazon account...🤔

This fan is amazing. It moves so much more air than you'd think a fan of this size would. It was super easy to install as well. Hands down I would buy another one if I needed another fan. Also another huge upside . The company reached out after I got it to make sure I was happy and didn't have any issues with the fan. That's customer service you just don't get anymore.

Easy to assemble & looks great!

This 16 inch fixture is perfect for my smaller bedroom. It looks very pretty, and adds such a nice look to room. It was easy to install and works well. There is a beep every time you use the remote. My only complaint (what I see as a design flaw), it is extremely difficult to get light bulbs in and out. You really need to use a small size bulb , like a chandelier shape, to manipulate, through the openings to screw it in:(

Great value

It drew my attention when I was browsing. The gold color was what I liked for my bedroom. It is made of real metal I am sure because it is so heavy! It is quiet when the fan is running. The only thing I wish was the lightning area was enclosed instead of opening to the air. It will need frequent cleaning.

Very challenging to install. We replaced our existing overhead light with this fixture. It’s beautiful and now that it’s finally up I am happy we made the purchase. But…it was a challenge. The ground wire in particular was too short and we ended up having to rip it out and replace it with another piece so it was longer. It took my husband about 2 hours to install it. It also required both of us and a tall ladder to make it happen.The overall appearance is very nice and it looks good in the bedroom. The fan is very quiet and the remote works well. If not for the short ground wire causing so many problems I would have given this 4-5 stars.
