Worth the price
Excellent shaving cream. Lathers quickly. Performance is great; I have no complaints with glide, cushion, or residual slickness. The scent is sour-tart with a bit of apple-pie sweetness. The sweetness is not overwhelming and you won't feel like you're slathering food on your face. I'd say it's a spring-summer scent. The scent fades quickly and doesn't befoul your brush--it's there when you shave and not there when you're finished, which is just how I like it. Better yet, it's not the sort of scent I got tired of -- I used one tube and two tubs in a row and am still enjoying the scent. There seems to be a bit of a trend in Amazon reviews where people will say how long a consumable product lasts without explaining how they use it. Let me attempt to remedy that! This tub lasted me 8 weeks. I do a two-pass shave daily, face only, loading from the tub and face-lathering with a boar brush with a 20mm knot. I have no beard or mustache. I probably miss a day once every two or three weeks. My take: pricey but totally worth it. I'm moving on to the oud scent next now that the weather is finally cooling down.

Best Shaving Cream Ever!!!
Great quality and fragrance, I have been using this brand of shaving cream for over 10 years and this one is my favorite fragrance and texture, very creamy and soft. I highly recommend it.

Love this shaving cream
It smells great and it helps me get an amazingly close shave. And while it is not cheap, the first jar I ever had lasted me ONE year!

Not bad
Amount in container is good. Amount required for shave is small so value is on par or slightly better than average. Lather is good. Lubrication/moisturizing is above average. Packaging is average. The slight markdown is due to the scent. It is good, light and not overpowering but not much longevity. My gripe is with the description which is quoted as "citrus". Now I know smell is subjective but this is not a citrus scent, it is more herbal/floral with possible citrus notes. It does smell good and I do like it, but when shopping for a product where scent is a defining factor I expect the description to be more accurate.

A little of the good stuff goes a long way
This shave cream is the best. It lathers on very nicely with a bristle hair shaving brush, and spreads evenly across the face. The smell is inviting, yet not overwhelming. I feel like there are moisturizing properties built in, as my face feels better after daily use. As the title says, a little goes a long way. I know this, yet I still end up rinsing excess shave cream out of my brush after application (my own fault, not the product's). I will never go back to the canned shave cream or gel!

Smells great!
It smells great! AOS sells good stuff, but its a bit pricey and the container shape makes it look like you get more than you do.I have always enjoyed AOS products when I feel like splurging for it
