Over the last few months, I've been using this red light therapy device, though not exactly how it's designed. I wasn't sure if I wanted a panel or belt device, but I've found that I can use this one either way. I find the base to be clunky and difficult to position where I want it. I can't really use it with the light pointing to me, as the enclosed glasses are so dark that they make it too difficult to do anything while sitting with the light.However, I discovered that the panel is the perfect size to fit across my upper, mid or lower back, as well as my hips. I've removed the panel from the stand and sit with the panel between my back and recliner during treatments. I'm not sure how much the "red light" part of it works, but the heat surely helps. I can only tolerate level 3 and rarely do I reach 30 minutes. I find my skin gets itchy (a known side effect of using heat).All in all, it works sufficiently to meet my needs and has additional functionality (i.e. using it with the base), if I should want to explore that route.

Easy enough to put together. It can feel fragile with all the thinner moving parts especially around my 50 pound dog, so I try to keep it out of harms way or high traffic areas. It has great movement range, again just be careful to not yank in the wrong direction because I don't think it can handle that and would be bent easily. As far as the lighting goes, it is great coverage. It comes with sunglasses to wear which was handy. I immediately used each day for the 30 minutes that the timer has and have seen great results. My face feels firmer and my skin texture has improved. My makeup looks a bit more flawless and glowing. My skincare feels more potent. I haven't gotten any outside complements yet but I can see the subtly differences. I have been using at least 5 days out of the week for the past 2 weeks. Want to buy another one for the living room to use while I sit and watch TV. I currently have mine next to my bed and do a meditation while I bake!
