Maybe my legs are bit skinny, because I always skip leg day, so the inner velcro straps are at their limit and still not tight on this knee brace but that doesn't seem to matter since the outer straps hold firm and well to my leg and enable me to get around with a sprained knee dealing with a load of stuff I had booked before I sprained my knee and couldn't cancel. An absolute lifesaver, quality product highly recommend.

Osteoarthritis in knee, needed some support while walking. This product is extremely well made and effective supporting both laterally and around the kneecap. However, it is quite heavy and I would recommend going up one size, as I found it difficult to remove when my knee swelled up after taking the dog for a walk. Had to elevate my leg to get it off! The adjustment is pretty good so going up a size would have helped.

Now over 80 years old, suffered problems with left knee joint for decades as a polio victim in my teenage years.Have a broken patella, vulgas, hyperextenion and arthritis in outer part of knee joint. After just a few days it was obvious that this new type of knee brace from NEENCA is a brilliant piece of equipment. The manufacturing attention to detail and quality is superb, and the fit is perfect to the size chart, doesn't slide up, down or sideways. Can be worn all day without discomfort, having used many types of brace over the years this one is a total revelation, braces purchased at five times the price of this one and have not matched the quality and performance. This knee brace is good quality . Easy to wear and comfortable . Stays in place . I had a query with size the company have gone above and beyond to sort it for me . Highly recommend .

Requires constant adjustments as the straps are pitifully designed. No way to tighten on the back, meaning that tightening on the front brings the knee supports forward, therefore not supporting your knee as effectively.Might be fine for walking around the house, but even gentle exercise highlights how poorly designed a lot of the brace is. It's all just velcro so pops off easily. Also the sizing is bad, fits the calf but not the thigh so it's loose at the top yet snug at the bottom. Wouldn't buy another one for the price.
