My son Joe put it together. It works great! I keep it close to the wall when not having company it sits 2 people when near the wall. I put important papers and things in the storage area. I leave the top up. I can also use it as a desk. Looks great. Storage is really good! Great for small apartments. I have the fake marble look goes great with my white cabinets and beige walls and beige carpet.

I just want to say that I am loving this table. I have a studio apartment but I do like to entertainment family and friends. This table is perfect. When I am alone, I extend one side and it is perfect for a solo diner. However, when hosting dinner for others, the other leaf is lifted and it is comfortable for a dinner party of four. Assembly did get difficult at the point of installing the rails for the drawer. The work space is tight but that is the price you pay for a space saving piece of furniture - endless possibilities, itty bitty working space!!

Please read the other reviews, I wish I could give this table and seller a negative star rating. (I purchased this table after reading the other reviews, and thinking that maybe people just don't understand how to assemble furniture. ) I have assembled hundreds of products, and when people complain about poor assembly, I always assume it's user error...but in this case, the product is genuinely defective, There is no way to build the table when the wood parts are missing holes needed to attach parts together, and not just a simple hole screw that can be drilled, but a round hole you put a cam type screw in from the top and side at specific depths. (I've included a picture of the piece that is supposed to have 4 round predrilled holes, but came with only 3 drilled holes. I reached out to the seller and amazon for a refund, and the seller ( UPHYB) offered me a $15 refund or I could send the table back at my own expense ($30 to ship it back to them.) I've reached out to Amazon for the A-Z return guarantee and have had no luck getting the problem fixed so far, even after submitting pictures of the defective part and why I want to return it. They keep asking for more details, but I don't know what to send them other than a description of what is wrong, and a photo of the defective part. This is turning into a issue, and I have a feeling I'm about to eat the cost of the table. (I paid $119.00 for the table) As far as quality, it is a very cheaply made product with very low quality pressed plywood. I knew it was a cheaper end product when I bought it, but I didn't realize there is a difference in cheap (Walmart quality) versus this product which I would rate as (Dollar Store quality). The white plastic coating is very thin, and the table will scratch up very easily. The "wood" or pressed saw dust is very fragile, and does not appear like it will hold up for long. Both the seller and Amazon are aware that this is a product that has issues and shouldn't be sold, but they continue to sell it on here. I'm disappointed in Amazon because I shouldn't have to pay $30 to ship this piece of junk back to the seller who knows they're selling people a product that will not be able to be assembled.* The seller is a scammer. A little update, the seller reached out and offered a full refund. I accepted the offer. ( I think they wanted me to take down this review.) After saying I accept, they now want a video of the defective part. How is a photo with the part missing a required drilled out hole not good enough? You can clearly see three holes where there is supposed to be 4.) At this point they are playing games and Amazon will not do anything about this. I applied for the A-Z refund and they keep canceling the request because of the seller who clearly knows how to manipulate the system here.

Half way through putting it together….holes do not line up. Flimsy hinges. Table top not level. Drawer is stuck shut. Flat head screws are too big. I need it for art work.:..it’ll do for now. Tired of returning stuff.Decent in a pinch. Spend a little extra for a craft table next time.

This table was worth the money! It is sleek, easy to clean, goes up and down easily, and the cabinet space below actually holds quite a bit. I use it to store a whole case of bottled water and a case of my son's sports drinks. It works well big, small, or even half up and half down. It was easy to assemble and doesn't take up much room with both the sides down if you're rearranging.My only downside is that while screwing it together, it cracked the wood pretty easily. And the corners are quite sharp so I had to get bumpers so it didn't hurt as bad when my kids and I run into them.

I never have very high expectations for cheap furniture, you generally get what you pay for, but I do expect it to generally meet its basic design requirements.The first issue is that the drawings are wrong in the instructions. There are two separate steps where the pictures do not line up with the actual parts and you have to use some reasoning to actually put the whole thing together.The second issue is the swinging cabinet door. The hinges apply too much force when you're opening the cabinet door and the included screws are too short to hold the hinges in. The first time I opened the door, the screws popped out. I was able to fix this by using longer screws I had sitting around, but the choice of hinge is really just a poor one for the thickness of the door.Overall it's two stars because I do have a functioning craft table now. I just can't easily store anything in it because of the bad door design.

I'm a therapist and I purchased these tables for a group room. The room is large, with two couches and several comfy chairs. Occasionally we do groups where we need tables so people can write. These are perfect. They roll very easily. They break down and fit behind the couches without any problem and they are easy to put away. I would definitely recommend and I would purchase them again myself if need be.
