The Automatic Drum Microfilter is made of non-toxic and corrosion resistant food grade PP material. It is designed to filter and separate particles from pond water using a rotating food grade, environmentally friendly, 318 stainless steel filter as the medium to remove suspended matter and separates the suspended matter in water. When water from the bottom of the pond gets pumped into the drum filter and through the screen, filtered particles are pumped out through the sewage outlet, and clean water is pumped back into the pond or onto the next filter system. When the filter screen collects enough particles, the water level inside the drum filter rises. Once the water level inside the filter housing reaches the set level, automatic high pressure sprayer nozzles activate to clean off the drum filter screen, making this unit very low maintenance and easy to use. This filter is suitable for solid-liquid separation in the early stage of sewage treatment systems, as well as wastewater treatment of koi ponds and various kinds of aquaculture farms.
