Great for the price and good pro to con ratio
These turned out pretty great. Really good pros and only moderately annoying cons. A great balance of good to bad and definitely worth the price.Pro: The battery life is great. The sound quality is pretty good. Cancels pretty much all outside noise. It has a little wire grabber so it can be clipped together behind your neck so it isn’t so long. Comes with a little pouch for safe storage. Ear pieces are modular so most people should find a good fit for them.Con: Bluetooth connectivity is rather short-range (I have to move my phone around when I mow the lawn). It cancels literally all outside noise (that’s great for lawn mowing but not so great for running). The ear inserts are a bit too big for my ears so I can’t wear them for an extended period of time (pretty much just for the activity I needed them for).

Perfect!
If you're looking for something great and not too expensive GET THIS!! In between moving, I lost my first set but I immediately bought another one. I swear by these. I go to work for 8 hours and use them for the entire duration. Then, I use it after work at home... so the battery life is awesome, plus they charge quickly. I literally can't hear anything when I use these. The bass is great and the sound is clear. I use these for running and they stay in the whole time. I don't run for long distances, but when I use these, I feel like running from California to New York. I feel that these are underrated. Of course, they aren't top of the line, but for the price and small size, these are so worth it. I've used these now for 3 years and I'll continue to buy them until they're no longer made.

UPDATED: Good sound, not recommended for use in high intensity training
UPDATED 5/8/20: I did get a note today from customer support and they have processed my replacement order. I’ve revised my review above to reflect my thoughts on the headphones themselves. Headphones sound good but there is a chance for water to get inside for those who sweat heavily due to higher intensity workouts. It didn’t take a lot of sweat to short out the right earphone. For everyday listening or for travel I think they work well.——I purchased these headphones to wear during exercise and training. For the most part, they worked fine and i enjoyed them. But on april 30th, i noticed a static/buzzing sound which started small and then got more intense over time. It also drained the battery heavily once this started. My hunch was that my sweat had gotten into the headphone so there is likely water damage. But these are headphones that are made for exercise, so if it wasn't designed with the intention that people will sweat, then the packaging and product art shouldn't feature an outdoor runner. While i was okay with the fact that it may have gotten water in it, i attempted to contact JBL as instructed by the user manual. this product was purchased on March 6th and the issue occurred april 30th. I reported this to JBL through their support website and got an automated response to provide information such as 1) receipt of purchase, 2) address and phone number and 3) serial number/VIN. I provided all of that immediately with pictures and received another automated response that said that someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours. After 3 days, i sent a follow-up email that i was ready to write a review on Amazon if i did not hear back from them. At that time, a customer service rep named Nick sent an email. However, rather than an email acknowledging my issue it came as a canned email that asked if i checked on a list of things (essentially the equivalent of your IT rep saying the problem is you and try restarting your computer). Here was the list of things it wanted me to check on:- Try the headphones on a different device to test the audio.- Check for any cuts or tears on the cable.- How long do you usually charge the headphones? Its recommended charging time is 2 hrs in able to obtain a full battery. Try using a different cable, adapter or outlet and see if this will make any changes.- Please make sure the charger is plugged all the way in on both the headphones and the outlet.- If above didn't help, please do the factory reset to your Reflect Mini 2. With the headphones switched ON, press and hold the Volume + and Volume - buttons for more than 5 seconds. The LED blinks two colors, and now you have reset to factory settingsI've thoroughly checked each of the above and given them the adequate information. Essentially everything listed above did not change or even alter the nature of the problem. Once that was sent, i have yet to receive any confirmation that they have received my email or that what the next steps are. They are radio silent. So it is really disappointing because i had always considered JBL's to be of good quality, especially now that they are a part of Harman. But the way this has all transacted seems like they are not in any hurry to help me and stand behind their product. It stinks to be out $70 for these headphones but i'll live. But if this is the service i can expect from the manufacturer, then they can be sure that i am moving to another brand like Sonos or beats for any subsequent audio purchases.Final thought... if you are doing intense workouts and are apt to sweat, these headphones do a poor job in protecting against water damage. I don't believe it was heavy water that dripped into the headphone from my ear and was just a little and that was enough to essentially short out the speaker. Unless i open up the product and get the calcified water out of the speaker myself, it is essentially useless and is just scrap metal at this point. It is a shame because prior to this and the service, i was actually considering writing a positive review but all of this product support experience has just rubbed me the wrong way.

More durable and better than you'd expect. (Repair guide at the bottom of review)
I bought these because I wanted to see what it would be like to live with bluetooth only headphones because cell phones no longer come with head jacks. These are pretty expensive for my first pair of bluetooth earbuds but these things are AWESOME. These typically last me all day at work (8+ hours) without any issues. They also self report their battery life audibly in the earbuds when you first turn them on( low, medium full). They also report their battery life to my phone in 10% increments as well for phones that support it. (10%-100%, Moto Z4) If they are running low on battery a 10-20 minute can get me 5-6 more hours of battery life. Its a small inconvenience. I have never once worried about battery life with these. These earbuds are also really durable. I toss them in my pocket without much thought and haven't had them break yet like normal earbuds do. They have also survived 2 rounds in the washer! The only thing I don't like is that the reflective coating on the wire didn't stay on. Not super important though. If you run at night with headphones on you should probably have blinky lights on you so you are visible to cars. Here is how to fix them if you have put them in the washer and they won't turn back on.1. Put them in the sun to dry out for about 24 hours.......don't turn them on or charge them.2. Fill a cup with 99.9% Isopropyl Alcohol and put them in there with the USB port cover open. You'll some air bubble come out of the usb port. (MG Chemicals 824-1L 99.9% Isopropyl Alcohol Liquid Cleaner on Amazon for $11)3. Let them soak for a bit then shake them out and repeat a couple times. Make sure that each time your submerge the earbuds you see bubbles come out of the usb port. You just need to make sure you getting fresh alcohol in the control box each time your submerge it. This will clean the PCB and buttons so the device will work again.4. Let them dry and see if they come back to life!

Just OK, but cheap enough to keep
Pros: Battery life, Price, Sound QualityCons: Can only get them to connect to my iPhone. ComfortI cannot get them to connect to my kindle fire or HP laptop with windows 10. Seems to be a common problem. The ear pieces are not the most comfortable to wear for long periods. That being said the batter life is pretty good and they sound pretty decent. For the $32 dollars I paid I will keep them and possibly buy a better pair and use these just for running.

Short lived
I like the earbuds but they stopped working for a bit and now they are working again. I'll wait and see about returning them. Maybe that's what you get with an "open box" product.
