Cannot express how happy I am to have this lamp!!!! It’s so pretty and unique you literally couldn’t ask for anything better.First off, I’ve had this lamp in my wishlist for a few years now, just waiting until I was ready to upgrade my space. Let me tell you, if you skeptical on buying this item, don’t hesitate JUST DO IT!!! It’s definitely worth the money. The quality and craftsmanship of this piece is unlike no other. The seller is also super nice and very helpful! When I initially got lamp, I had trouble with it due to the switch being a little too lose and the lights not cutting on. As soon as I realized, I contacted the seller to see if a replacement could be sent, but the seller was so helpful and patient and tried to assist me with seeing if I could remove certain parts to find a solution. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find one and the lights remained off. The seller needed up insisting to send me a new part to see if the lamp would could on them, and lucky me it did!!!I’m so pleased with this item and the customer service I received. Please please please, if your going to to hesitate on a big purchase, don’t hesitate on this one. It’s top notch!

Pros: 1. This lamp is beautiful. If you are into boho decor, or hygge, if you enjoy color and soft light, this is your lamp. There is a line switch for on/off. Bulbs are LED, no heat. The lamp is about 5' tall fully assembled, maybe a bit taller, and the 9 globes distribute light at 9 levels. 2. Excellent customer service. My first lamp shorted. I had to return it. I was provided a replacement within a week. Seller offers replacement parts. Although the product is made in Turkey, seller maintains stock in the US. 3. You get an instructional video to help with assembly. 4. no problem plugging in to standard US sockets. Cons: 1. Not a snap to assemble. Takes some time, even if you're an engineer. 2. Construction is not Stiffel lamp standard, but I wanted a Turkish lamp. 3. Follow the video carefully. If you need repair/replacement parts, go to seller not a US lamp dealer. With gentle treatment , thanks to LED wiring, should last many years. Overall, STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

The media could not be loaded. Looks gorgeous. Chains are not as long as I think they need to be, but that may just require a little more fiddling to straighten them out further. Instead of regular bulbs, I used LED flame bulbs and removed the plastic cover so they fit properly. Leans a little bit under its own weight but does not look like it will tip. Good build quality. Minor damage to some of the dangling bits, but nothing that could not be repaired with some patience and jewelry superglue. No damage to the glass, was packed very securely.

So beautiful! Fast shipping, when I got the box, it sounded like it was broken, however, it was just the chain that I was hearing everything comes packed in its own protection wrapped individually. All of the light covers are wrapped to perfection to protect them during shipping this lamp is so beautiful so happy with this purchase ! easy assembly! One of my favorite items in my house

I AM IN LOVE! I have been looking at this for years! It is so much better than I could have imagined! I love all of it!!! The colors are amazing! The quality is awesome, everything is great! Shipping very fast, super fast set up! EXCELLENT! Be aware of what bulbs you buy. The base is E12. If you want high wattage, 40 watts is good, but 25 watts looks excellent to me. I had to go through several different bulbs. E12 and pick your wattage.

So glad I went with the 9 globe multi color. This lamp is beautiful! Get so many compliments on it! Very easy to install and shipping was very quick! Only took about 4 days to ship from turkey to Tennessee 🤭. I got daylight white b10 ( candelabra style bulb aka e12, must be candelabra style to have the right bottom to fit in the lamp) and they fit perfectly! Def recommend this purchase
