Bought Twice and given DIRTY TWICE
Bought as new, came very clearly used. The wands were dirty, had marks on the end pieces were shown the multiple uses it had. I requested another new one but still received a used one.This is disgusting and unreliable source for products or tools.

My wife loves to look for her face, she was asking me for this electric torture device, haha that is what I think.She tried few times on me I don’t really like, electric sound around my face, and tingling feeling on the skin.But my wife is loves it.I would say it is high quality, and done very professionally.

Loose attachment
I have not seen anybody mentioned that the attachment between the glass wand and the electrical part is loose. I do not see anything said in the instruction of how to make it fit more well. Hope to see the seller can contact for future guidance. I like the rest so far!
