I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this, but the Coolblus portable AC really surprised me—in the best way. It’s compact but powerful, and it cools my bedroom super fast, even during the hottest afternoons. Setup took me less than 10 minutes, and I didn’t need any extra tools.What I love most is how quiet it is. I’ve had other units that were loud and clunky, but this one runs smooth, even on the higher settings. I sleep with it on and barely notice the sound. The remote is super handy, and the wheels make it easy to roll from my bedroom to the living room when I need it there.It’s also way more energy efficient than my old window unit. I’ve been using it daily and my energy bill hasn’t spiked, which is a huge plus.All in all, if you’re looking for a reliable, easy-to-use, and actually effective portable air conditioner, this is a solid buy. I’d definitely recommend it to friends.

It has worked better than expected. Compact, super easy to install, white noise is great for sleeping, but not excessive. Fabulous value for the money. No leakage yet (although some directions would have been helpful). You do need a nice sized bucket or water jug, because it can be empty for days then suddenly fills. While the climate is moderate where I live (rarely hits 90 degrees), this really takes the edge off; and, with the help of fans, keeps our whole apt cool. I've only used it about a month so far, but I highly recommend it.

Great size, minimal noise, easy installation. I had a tricky horizontal opening window and the setup for this unit worked perfectly. I’ve used other large window units before that were so loud, and also struggled to cool even a small space. This does the job. I’m not sure how Sleep mode works, but without it, the unit keeps the fan on after it stops cooling which helps keep the noise consistent instead of jarring starts and stops. The stickers I had to remove with a hair dryer to avoid the gunk sticking but otherwise easy great install, and not that heavy. Lots of natural light restored to my room instead of a clunky window unit!

Wow! I am very surprised by how well this unit is; especially for being a small unit, it certainly has a strong air flow and cool down my studio apartment on the top level of the 3 levels apartments. It is very convenient and portable. The unit included remote control, and all the necessary attachments. It is very easy to assemble and included step-by-step instructions with pictures. It also has sleep mode which is perfect for me because I like to set a timer for auto shutdown. The noise levels on this unit is pretty quiet and I can sleep through it. I highly recommend this unit. It is really convenient, quiet, and small but strong.

I own 2 of these for my upstairs bedrooms. They are super silent and blow ice cold! I live in Georgia and it gets HOT these handle the heat like a pro and keep the rooms ice cold. Remote is simple and the unit is very quite. Unit has a alarm to empty moisture to prevent water leakage. It is also easy to drain! Not to shabby on the light bill either

I got this air conditioner because it was the cheapest 12,000 BTU one I could find. It cools my living room just fine, and pretty quickly, so those are definite positives. It’s also small and light for a portable unit (almost half the size of the old one I had) and it was easy and quick to install. I was able to cut the window panel by cutting indentations with a box cutter and snapping it where the lines were. Super easy.However the compressor is insanely and annoyingly loud, especially because the item description specifically mentions how quiet the unit is supposed to be. I thought something was wrong or I had installed the exhaust hose incorrectly and it was rattling my window or something - but nope. Just the compressor. It comes on and off so sometimes the unit is pretty quiet and then it’ll kick on and it’s a super loud, distracting buzzing noise, it’s awful. I’ve considered returning it because it bothers me that much. I’m going to give it a week or two and see if I can adjust and deal with the sound but I’m not confident I’ll get used to it. I also noticed that when I’ve got it set at 72°, it’ll cut off after a few minutes and then immediately come back on. I don’t know if it depends on the ambient temp or if it’s 72° specifically but just something I noticed today. It’s supposed to shut off when the room comes to temp and will come back on when it needs to cool again, so it doesn’t make logical sense why it would cut off and then immediately come right back on. And I mean IMMEDIATELY, like not even 30 seconds later. I probably shouldn’t have gone with the cheapest option I could find but everything else was nearly double the price and I’m not made of money lol

came promptly and delivered directly to my 3rd floor which is great as i couldn't lift the package up those stairs - packing was good and product arrived in prefect shape -had difficulty attaching the exhaust hose not very secure, the drain hose came severely bent had to use tongs to straighten, if good quality hosewindow guide (although not in the specifications, comes in 2 pieces approx. 25 1/2" each)doesn't fit well in my weird window frame - still trying to rig something - really want this unit - sound has low hum (is sitting on carpet) and cooling is working good- hopefully over use will be happy with unit - needs time to determine.manual drain seems problematic is located so low on the unit - can't imagine what kind of receptacle will fit under there to drain unit - planning on using the continuous drain (haven't needed to yet) but still will have to use that lower drain somehow to completely drain unitoverall seems like good value and also is a good looking unit kind of contemporarywarranty is emailed, had to cancel as amazon has my old unused email, can't find how to get that updated no instructions on maintenancecame in a bottomless box with white plastic strapping - now how do i return it?
