The product works as indicated, although it did not come with instructions for assembling the lock, it is really very easy, so far it works very well, not like the crap I bought that said it had a Bluetooth device and that broke in 4 days, this one work well, I would buy it again, the price is quite reasonable

This lock was very easy to install, no problem. I installed it on my backdoor. What I like about it most is it automatically locks.

The media could not be loaded. The appearance is great. Looks like a more expensive lock set. It is good quality and seems to be sturdy. Installations was handled by door installer but seemed standard and it fit my standard therm true door.Performance has been right on. The door knob is a little loose. If you had a lock set for double or triple the money, the door knob I think would be tighter. That is the only quality issue.I like that if you do not use the key pad then the door does not automatically lock. So if you go out and don't want the door to lock. Using the key pad. Automatically locks door after you open. I saw other reviews where they thought this was an issue.I have had for a month on a door that does not get used that often. Secondary door. I like the look of it. Happy overall. The 4 stars is because of slightly loose doorknob.

Works great. Nice to have the auto lock for family. Kids can get in without loosing keys. Great auto lock. We have had people in past walk in our house by mistake so this solves that. Inexpensive way to have peace of mind.

This did not come with a fingerprint and the lock only auto locks upon ENTERING the house (when you type in the code to unlock). If you unlock it manually fro the inside it does NOT lock on its own. So if you are looking for a lock to ensure that you don't forget to lock the door when you leave THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. I do not understand why any of these keypad locks would not have an auto lock that locks going both ways with a button to push to pause the auto lock for running in groceries or something. My husband said the install was not great. We had to return the first one as it was not working and they replaced it easily and quickly, but this will not be used for long due to the lack of consistent auto locking

Update - seller contacted me and refunded me. They were quick to respond and determined it was a malfunction of the actual deadbolt.If amazon would let me leave 0 stars, I would. So angry. Broken after 2 1/2 months so no refund, of course. My 75 mother was locked inside her house.
