I am very happy with this purchase. The adapter fit my AC hose perfectly. It is like 10x higher quality than the original window insert that came with my Honeywell AC. It is very sturdy and easy to put together. The materials and insulating foam they give you seal the window opening so well that heat doesn't get though the cracks like most inserts. I wasn't sure I wanted to spend $25ish on it, but I couldn't find the one I had. This was well worth the expense. It keeps my apartment so much cooler than before!

Didn't come with a hose, but i had one that came with the portable ac.I had to do some adjustments to get the hose on correctly. And i had to swap out the squarish style exhaust with there circled one.That being said, the circle one seems to work better than the original and it comes with everything to properly seal it. Very easy to do. Did it by myself in 30 minutes. Doesnt look tacky and no duct tape required lol. Comes with a lot at a decent price.And the extension for a sliding sideways window actually reaches. Mine are very talk and the ones that came with the original ac wasnt long enough. But this one was perfect.

It’s really loud! Got it for the bed room! It’s horrible. Does its job! Watch the water from condensation, we have to use a 5 gallon bucket! The water will damage the floor.

Purchased for an Insignia portable AC that needed to go in a smaller window. The window panel fit perfectly and attached more easily and more securely to the stock hose then the original part that came with the AC.

This window kit was much easier to install than the kit that came with my PAC. No need to saw or cut anything to fit my window. Panels are more sturdy and easy to adjust to window size. So far, no problems with the coupler falling out. Would buy again if needed.

We purchased last year's (2023) model to use in our living room (2nd image showing gaps).Unbeknownst to us we would need to buy another one for our bedroom.We just purchased, received and installed the new version (2024) and we really appreciate the improvements that have been made (1st image is of the 2024 w/no gaps)!We will purchase again in the future ( if required ) or highly recommend to someone in the market for this product!Have no fear! It is a solid product and has had some significant improvements! The durability, performance and appearance are great over the 2023 version!
