I needed this product to connect my TV to a digital box without a cable as the TV is hung flush to the wall and the digital box is several meters away at a lower level.I hadn't realised you could get a wireless hdmi 'cable' before but this product was the perfect solution, and was really easy to install:- I plugged the transmitter 'dongle' into the hdmi port of the digital box and the receiver dongle into the TV.- The digital box powered the dongle by itself but I had to use one of the supplied USB cables to connect to the USB socket of the TV to provide power to the receiver.- After this I simple pressed the connect buttons on each of the dongles and they connected to each other and I was off and running!The picture quality is perfect and the sound too and so far I haven't noticed and 'lag' or delay when watching sport or films.It is much more expensive to buy these rather than a cable but the connection is as good and I don't have an unsightly wire hanging down the wall so am very happy!The transmitter dongle can also be connected to a phone or laptop (there are a couple of adapters supplied in the box) so you can use it to watch other things e.g. photos on the TV screen as well if you want to.Overall a very good product and would buy again.

This is quite simply an excellent device. I thought it was a bit expensive at first until I looked at the distance it covers. When buying one of these wireless HDMI transmitters / receivers always check the distance it covers as that impacts the price quite significantly. If you think that one of these products is cheaper than other, then you will tend to find that the more expensive ones cover the longer distances, and it can be as little as that in the difference of the specifications, but it can make a big difference on the price. These cover an impressive 30 meters, and as I needed the longer range I thought it was definitely worth paying that little extra for.This is what I call true plug and play. I couldn't believe how quick it was setting these up. There is an additional bit to these dongles that you can't see in most of the pictures, but if you look through the advert pictures you will find a photo showing what is missing, and that is the USB cable that each device has to have in order to power it up. I plugged the receiver up first and put it into the HDMI 2 interface on my TV and then ran the USB cable to a USB port on the TV which provided power to the receiver. When it powered I got a message on the screen saying it was waiting for a signal or something to that effect and just sat there like that. Then I went to my laptop and done the same for the transmitter, and as soon as that powered up it started displaying what I' was seeing on my laptop on my TV screen I didn't even have the need to press that small white button. The fact that it start displaying something the instance it powered up actually caught me by surprise, as I thought I would have to mess around with setting and re-cable things, etc. It's so satisfying when something works that smoothly straight out of the box as it gives you great confidence in the product.I find that one of the best features on here is that you don't have to have the screen you connected to with laptop just showing the same picture (or screen), which is called mirror mode, but you can actually change the settings on your Windows 10 or 11 laptop so that it extends the display from the laptop to the TV so they appear and function as one big screen, which is how I always have mine setup.

These work really well on my head cam, handheld camcorder and the audio is also good. They require their own power source via a battery pack but that's no major issue, just more leads to tie myself up in. Virtually no lag and quality is great. My big cam with 3mos doesn't seem to work with these, not worked out why yet but will keep trying. Overall good.

Worked for five minutes in total. Returned. If you want a reliable rx/tx you need to spend more I'm afraid.

I've used this to send my Virgin media to another TV in a different room. It's the adjacent room, but there's a very solid concrete wall between them. But, the product works and is very easy to setup. Literally just plug them into the hdmi ports and it connects straight out of the box. There is some delay and was some slight distortion, but I put this down to the very solid concrete wall rather than the device. With a bit of tweaking to try to line up the receiver and sender a little better, the picture and sound is stable. Good value for money and works well enough for my needs.

The media could not be loaded. Got it to operate my CCTV box that seats somewhere hidden. Now this is just great for that to be honest, plug and play, super easy to connect. Once connected the stream is super stable, no breaks of frame drops. Also this units are super small, not much bigger then the HDMI connection to be frank. Again, super easy to use and does the job perfectly, like it a lot

Will not auto sync / pairing as claimed. Have to be powered on all the time to keep connected.

I bought 2 of these to connect my Xbox and EE TV box to my wall mounted TV. I didn't want to dig holes in the wall or leave unsightly cables hanging from the TV, this works perfectly well. If you want to game with refresh rates over 60 hz then you can plug a cable in while playing then remove it afterwards. Same goes for watching 4k signals from consoles or TV boxes. The best you'll get is 1080 @ 60 hz, which is adequate for watching the news or playing older Xbox games. Just keep an HDMI cable handy for when you want the extra oomph from your TV!
