The reason I bought this vacuum is because my old vac finally died. The old vacuum was an old plug in model that was bulky and had to be stored in a closet. I received the Prosenic 11 and immediately got to work. I quickly found out that I should have upgraded a long time ago. This vacuum comes with a charging wall mount which I placed in a central location. Anytime I need it then it is fully charged and ready to grab and go. No cords (whew!) to trip over and no hunting for open outlets in each room. As soon as I finish it has an easy dump collection canister and then it goes right back on the wall. EASY!There are several things I love:—> Multiple attachments. I can grab it an head out to my car for a quick clean up as a handheld vac.—> Power: An LED screen that shows your battery power and low, med, or high setting for suction power.—> Mopping attachment that holds water or floor cleaning solution for my wood floors.—> I freed up closet space and I save time without sacrificing cleaning powerThis was a great purchase for me at a great price. I don’t shop for vacuum cleaners very often so I read plenty of reviews on many different cordless vacuums before I decided on this particular model. I definitely made the right choice…I love my new vac!!!

This vacuum sucks especially for the price. Literally the only good thing about it is that it's easy to move around. It works well, when it actually works. Mine started messing up on me only a few months in, once the date of return had passed and I couldn't get my money back (go figure). It CONSTANTLY has issues. About every other time I vacuum, it shows some kind of error on the screen and will shut off. I'm not vacuuming up anything crazy. Just your typical household debris and pet hair. I clean the vacuum regularly. It still constantly has problems. This last time, I had to disassemble and reassemble the whole thing a handful of times, cleaned it out, and it still wouldn't work. Would just immediately shut off right after turning it on. Then, for no reason what so ever as I hadn't done anything different, it just started working again as if it had never been ain't weird. Cool, I thought, until once again it started messing up for no obvious reason. Once again I disassemble and reassembled it multiple times, and for no reason it just started working again. Only this time, when there was zero problems with the brush roll, the brush roll now does not work. And again, there's no known reason. I've taken it out and put it back in multiple times. Made sure nothing was tangled on it. It just suddenly doesn't work. For literally no reason 🙄 that's another thing, the vacuum said the brushroll does not get hair tangled in it, we'll that is a lie. Every time I vacuum stuff was tangled on it. Save your money and get another vacuum. I'm not even sure how this vacuum got so many stars, save for the ease of maneuvering it and its light weight. I wish I would have gotten another one because now since this one conveniently started acting up after the return date, I am just out $160 bucks or so that I could've used towards a vacuum that would last more than a few months.

This product is ultra lightweight and easy to maneuver . The suction is decent. The mop attachment is OK. Easy to clean . The only issue currently I’m facing Is the battery life . even after charging the battery for almost 24 hours the indicator shows only half. I have charged it multiple times, but it never shows the full charge ..
