Great starting bench
Good bench I would not recommend if your taller than 5’10 it’s small but it’s great easy to set up it says 2 people but you can do it with one

It's wobbly and could Have been designed alot better and solid Especially being that your working out on it.

Versatile
A great deal and many safe ways to build different muscles with a vast amount of exercises and positions. Comes with detailed instructions and sets up quickly. Can hold a lot of weight as sits balanced. A rugged design. The seat is not as wide as I am used to with the style at the gym but it is still comfortable. It is wonderful to be able to work out in the privacy of my own home. Not difficult to adjust for different angles. I also love that all the required tools were sent to put it together.
