Nice reel
This reel works well, and the price is right. I've only taken it out once, but so far, it has worked flawlessly. It's easy to set up, too.

Great quality, not a lefty
This item is not for a left handed shooters. It said it was, but Cajun answers the phone promptly and they said it does not. So I had to return it. It does appear quality though.

Good winch style reel.
Would only give the reel four stars, but customer service was so great I gave it five!Don't retrieve the line dry. I did and the line got hung in the barrel and started coming out the bottom of the reel. Called Bear Archery and they said no problem and sent me a new reel at no cost!

Heavy duty product. The instruction sheet isn't very helpgul and could use a re-write. Look on youtube and they show you all the steps if you don't find setting it up intuitively.
