Overall heating and everything is fine, but the racks do not sit properly inside the oven and have a tendency to fall

You need to read this before buying
Before buying I will tell you, if your product will be damaged, then be ready beacause they had The worst customer service. They will just delay. The worst product ever, I ordered this product in July, and when I received this product its tray was damaged, and its not going inside the oven properly, I had complained so many times,to call center,to there senior,incharge. But the solution they gave me, to replace the otg, okay fine they replace your otg with what, even more worst and bad condition. What do you think why do we buy this costly product,just to receive a damaged thing. Why don't you get it that we have to use this thing for a long time.

Phenomenal oven- go for it
I’m generally weary of five star reviews, but this product is so perfect. I’m coming from the perspective of a home baker- but I have worked in professional settings as well. PROS - easy to control temperature for the top and bottom rods - gets really hot really quick. Goes up to 250 degrees, perfect for homemade pizza - convection function does decently well to give even bakes. There are some hot and cool spots, but all ovens have that, so I’m not surprised or mad. - easy to clean - decently sized tray area and internal space- good for making sheet cakes, batch baking etc. CONS - the heat warps the metal tray sometimes, it’s not that bad, cause you can bend it back into shape. - makes the room hot- I think that’s obvious

I purchased my oven on October 18 2024 but now it’s making a lot of noise I called a service technician but they said it can’t be repaired so I have to buy a new oven please don’t buy this oven again
