These little gems were exactly as described and seem to be performing splendidly. Good purchase.

They die quickly
Going on my third attempt at keeping an old light going with one of these crappy ballasts. They last about 8 months TOPS and begin to repeatedly burn out the same bulb location and start to smell like overly warm electronics. Supposed 1yr warranty but no one ever responds.
