Great Substitute for Nabisco chocolate thin wafers
Purchased these because nabisco chocolate wafers are not made anymore. This was a perfect substitution for my recipe. Taste is deep slightly bitter but delish chocolate. I used them in a chocolate mouse trifle. They absorbed some moisture from the mousse but still kept a but of crunch. Perfect. There are other brands however this one I would recommend.

Great substitute for Nabisco chocolate wafers as they are no longer made. My husband “requires” the Icebox cake for his birthday every year. So glad to find these wafer cookies. Very good.

You can use them for zebra cake!
They are tasty, smaller than the German thin choc wafers for zebra cake, but we doubled them up and it worked!!

Thin and chocolatey...
Thin, crisp, chocolatey. Really good. A good substitute for those thin, chocolate cookies Nabisco used to make. These work for that traditional whipped cream & and cookie "cake" we used to make, back in the day.

Yummy but fragile
While we love these for cakes. They are fragile cookies many came broken up unable to be used. We keep trying though.

Great for Icebox Cakes
Since another bakery discontinued their chocolate wafers, my family has been disappointed that there is no substitute for the base of our annual holiday icebox cake. Then we stumbled on Dewey’s Bakery Brownie Crisp Cookie thins. They firm the base for an icebox cake and my family loves it.
