It was late arriving, USPS . In contacting Amazon they gave me the choice of refunding are waiting. I chose waiting. I was wanting General Tools needle nose twizers. A trusty ole stand by Couldn't find straight Gen. Tool twizers. These are very well made and slimmer than Gen. Tool. Worth every penny
