Couple months of use and wow makes the idea of pressure washing and using it such a breeze. No need to walk out a washer anymore or go and connect hoses, all set up and ready to go with a flip of the switch. Pressure is great for washing cars and cleaning driveway. Length and retraction device is perfect.

I was on the fence for awhile about buying this and let me tell you I should of done it a long time ago. I have it in my garage mainly for car washing and it is AMAZING. It is so easy to just grab, extend, and use rather than getting the gas one out, filling it up, hooking it all up....it was a pain. Keep in mind the pressure on this is not crazy, nor is it stated that way. It is a smaller electric pressure washer and should be judged as such and not compared against higher power gas alternatives. However the pressure is great for light duty tasks. The extendable hose reaches out from my garage across my entire driveway. No more fighting with the pressure washer hose and you can pull out just the length you need. If you are a car wash junkie or want something easy to clean things off this should be your next purchase. I am so happy with it.

Beware! worked for about 4 hours over a 4 month period. Now it doesn't work. After your 30 day return time Amazon gives you you are out of luck if something goes wrong. They will not answer the phone or emails. Don't believe me go their website and try to call them or email them. You won't get nothing. Horrible company!

This pressure washer is a game changer for us. I use it to clean my terrace. I have dogs and this is the only way. I will also praise the company on their great customer services. Mine failed after a while but before warranty was up and they replaced it right away. 5 stars for that.

The media could not be loaded. 2nd UPDATE:They finally did reply, and asked me to open the unit and investigate the issue. I said no thank you, send me a return shipping label and I will send it back so YOU can investigate it. They said nevermind, and sent me a new unit. Reinstalling it was not as easy as the previous units, where you slide it onto an installed bracket. In this case you have to remove the bracket AND the unit. But I did so and the new unit has been working great ever since. So, back to a 4 because I do really like the working unit.-------UPDATE: Just a few weeks after install, it started leaking from the inside. I've tried to reach them twice, no reply. Just tried a third time, we'll see what happens. Very disappointing! Changed rating to 1 star!-------5 stars! Hose is nice and flexible, easy install, no leaks, item is enclosed. I had one of their previous 100 foot wall mounted pressure washers, with the black hose for 2. years. Worked great but birds started nesting in it because the back is so wide open. Also the black hose is pretty stiff. But I used it literally every day until the birds came. After a while it started leaking, so the company sent me a new one, but I knew I'd have the same issue with the birds so I purchased this one instead. It's only 65' but that's more than enough for my purposes. It's fully enclosed, so I don't expect any nesting. It also has a nice cover (purchased separately). It mounted super easily, no leaks, works perfectly. The grey hose is much nicer, much more flexible. Very happy w/ the purchase, I have missed not having one for a few months! I'll mount the other one in my shop later. Excellent warranty and customer service, couldn't be happier.

My son Bought one of these, I was.so impressed I bought one for myself. Having the hose recoil is amazing, anyone ever trying to wined one of these hoses on a tradition power washer knows how kinked the hose can get and difficult to store. Not with this unit. Power washer is powerful enough for most jobs, still have my gas 3500 PSI when I need super power.Update: Had an Issue when I installed my 2nd Unit, was leaking very bad, Opened the front cover took a Video and sent it Via email to Customer service at Giraffe tools. They quickly opened a ticket and responded in 24 Hours. Asking for my purchase information and a copy of the Video, again wishing 24 Hours I received a response they were shipping me a new unit. Tina from Giraffe provided excellent customer service, Fast , friendly and efficient. Was very impressed with how quickly and effortlessly they handled this issue.

This power washer is coming so handy installed in my garage added on and off waterline to it works awesome used it on the cars and power wash the house down bought the extended line to go all the way around the house

Unit motor burned out after 3 uses. I used it 3 times for washing my car over the course of 2 weeks. Did not use rigorously. The next time I wanted to use it, there was no water pressure and it smelled like it was burning inside. I returned. It’s a nice setup with the retractable hose but not worth it if it’s going to last 3 uses.
