While product is good the plastic part looks very cheap and filled with sand. Some improvement in this matter will definitely scale high.

Number of items is okay, for this price

First off the whole set came in bad packaging, and when I opened it, some of the weights had dents in them. The lock for dumbbells are loose so they're unbalanced and spin when I use them, same with the barbell. The gloves are literally unusable. Only really okay thing is the skipping rope which could be better as well, I'd rather buy a seperate rope. If you're going to buy this, don't. Invest a little more money and get a better pair of dumbbells only, more useful and would be actually worth it

Plates packaging was not good, some edges have dents, and the weights are feeling inaccurate, but it is good for carefully use. Maintenance is must for long life usage. Here the Handgrip is made for kids not for mens. Skipping handles were damaged. Plate are freely moving while doing workout though tighten them with clip.Totally feeling not value for money.

I'm really love this product for building the body muscle & shaping it as well.
