Have used these in my fitness class the last few months and they have held up great.

They are perfect for what I needed them for. I hate just sitting around but sometimes it's a necessity that I settle down and have a seat, so I got these so I can do some resistance training while I'm "relaxing". Ill even wrap the Xtra heavy band around my thighs while I walk around the house doing chores. For the price and quality, excellent buy. I have even bought them for my mother in law since she is kinda stuck in a chair, at the moment, until she gets knee surgery.

As stated in title: they are study and very affordable. I say good for beginners, because,if you exercise regularly, you'll progress through them quickly from X-light light to x-heavy. Easy to keep clean, come in a simple storage bag. The only thing I would like is some notion of measurement, as in, for example, the energy/push using an x-heavy band is the equivalent of pushing y amount of weight, though I know most of the bands I've seen lack the same information...

Not tight enough

I purchased this set of 5 resistance bands to use for both arm and leg strengthening exercises. I have used them several times a day and love them. They are soft, flexible, comfortable to grip and don't slip. They come in a mesh bag that is great for storing them. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive set of resistance bands.
