Good value
Great value for money. Easy to use. Probably not great for gaming or anything that requires fast processing. But good for basic phone usage like texting and calling. Decent camera quality. Good all-round cheap phone

Cool phone
I was unsure of getting this phone as I had one over 10 years ago and was not to happy with it.Though this time to buy one, as am glad I didThe set-up was real easy, nice looking icons eta, has really good security, plays games well, facebook and other social platforms run real smooth.It takes real good photos, streaming and is very durable and just looks good.A friend took a contract on s24, however they now wish they bought this phone instead, as the size is much bigger which means you can read text better.If I was to criticise is the phone is power hungry, though may need to change settings.I would definitely recommend buying this phone, you won't be disappointed!

Amazon incompetent
Received in inadequate amazon envelope enivibilty the phone got squashed in transit due to amazon's incompetence not happy. Would like a partial refund but amazon won't offer that.Battery life is less efficient than that of the samsung galaxy a05s???

Easy to set up, use and faster than my previous Samsung. Really pleased with purchase and would definitely recommend.

Met expectations
Replaced an earlier Samsung Galaxy phone & I was delighted that the functional aspects worked as before. Being of an older generation it was a relief that I could still continue as before.

Incredibly slow phone. Only 4 gb of ram, 1.25gv free
Awfully slow phone! Has a delay on everything. 4gb of ram just isn't enough for the phone to feel functional. Just to access the camera takes 5 to 6 seconds to come up. Closing apps is the same issue. Maybe I got a bad phone I don't know but it immediately became a work phone as my Samsung s10 refurbished from 6 years ago for the same price is 10x better with 8 gb of ram rums so smoothly. Very disappointing product. First time getting an a series and will be my last.
