In my honest opinion, these vitamins really work. I’ve been losing so much hair since I had my son 4 years ago. I’ve tried different brands of vitamins and noticed that my hair was still falling off. These vitamins are ok but not so great for me, however it may work with someone else but I didn’t notice any difference in my hair.

These gummies are so soft, much softer than others I've had. They have a nice flavor that isn't over the top. So they are very pleasant to take. There is not as much biotin in these as other gummies I've had, so make sure you check the nutrition information if you're looking for a specific amount.
