Updated Review (After Support Experience)
I really wanted to love this product, and after some bumps along the way, I finally do.For the first two months, the Eufy Security Baby Monitor E21 worked flawlessly: clear audio and video, reliable connectivity, and the peace of mind every new parent needs. Then, unexpectedly, the monitor began disconnecting from Wi-Fi every few hours without warning. Despite trying everything — including a Wi-Fi extender just 10 feet away and ensuring the app and firmware were fully up to date — the issue persisted. Even more concerning was the lack of alerts when the monitor went offline, leaving us unaware unless we manually checked the app.Initially, I was deeply disappointed, especially because the core features of the monitor were so promising. But here’s where Eufy really impressed me — their support team reached out, worked with me directly, and ultimately provided a replacement unit that has been working perfectly since. The connectivity issues are gone, and the experience now reflects the quality and reliability I was hoping for from the beginning.I appreciate that the company stood behind their product and took real action to make things right. If you're considering this monitor, know that not only is it a solid product, but it's also backed by responsive and helpful support — something that matters just as much.

Almost Perfect, With One Tiny Quirk
I’ve been really impressed with the Eufy baby camera. The picture quality is crystal clear—no more squinting at pixelated blobs wondering if the baby’s asleep or plotting an escape. I also love the flexibility: the camera runs unplugged, so I can easily move it wherever my baby happens to be napping or lounging. Whether it’s the crib, the playpen, or the occasional baby throne (aka the bouncer), this thing keeps up.The monitor itself is solid—good size, responsive, no lag—and the app is intuitive and user-friendly. I’m not wasting time fumbling with settings when I should be watching my kiddo. Now, the one (mildly annoying) quirk: when you go to dock the monitor on the charging cradle, it insists on turning itself back on. So if you’re trying to save battery or avoid lighting up the room, don’t bother turning it off manually—just plop it in the cradle and let it do its thing.Bottom line? Great camera, smart design, and reliable performance—just be ready for that monitor to have a mind of its own at charging time.

Monitor packed with nifty features for parents of multiples
PROS: 1.) Active noise reduction 2.) Alternates the sound every 5 seconds between the two cameras and you can see both babies at the same time 3.) If the power goes out the camera has a built in rechargeable battery, so you can still see baby 4.) 24/7 recording (for this feature I believe you have to have a c10 micro SD card (max 128gb) installed into the camera. I have ordered a sandisk extreme C10 128gb for my camera) 5.) Comes with a crib mount 6.) Sound alerts to our phones , option to use critical alert option so it bypasses silent and DND modes on your iphone7.) 4K HD 8.) Camera has a built in battery, if power goes out you can still see baby 9.) night vision10.) Cameras LED light auto turns off in the dark 11.) Works with wifi and non wifi, so no problem if power goes out & since camera has built in battery 12.) 2 cameras and monitor bundle on Amazon is currently $359. 13.) User manual states you can connect up to 4 cameras to this monitor as well, however I’m not sure how many the split screen option shows at once. 14.) App access to view cameras from phone CONS of Eufy E21: 1.) From the reviews, it appears they are working out some kinks with the sound and other reported glitches 2.) Users have noted that the monitor doesn't play an active noise/alarm when monitor is dying or when/if camera disconnects, so you could possibly sleep through not being able to see or hear babies through the night without that alarm feature. 3.) Users have noted when you switch the wifi off, it doesn’t actually disconnect. Users have noted that Eufy support has said they are working on an update to this as well. 4.) I do not believe there is a floor stand. Not sure if pro or con of Eufy E21: 1.) User stated as a pro, but I see it as a con, monitor unit does not have a kickstand. However, it does have a charging base for it to sit upright on.I am also not sure if the Eufy requires a monthly subscription to use the app. I will provide updates when I receive the unit (set to arrive tomorrow) and begin playing with the app and setup.UPDATES AFTER INSTALL USING FOR 2 WEEKS:Monitor does not need a kickstand as it has a large base to support itself.Night vision appears as good as my infant optics.Active noise reduction isn’t great. My infant optics completely erases the sound of the noise machine, and I can hear baby clear as day. However, with Eufy, I can’t really hear the baby over the noise machine. I only really know he’s making noise when the app alerts me.The camera records noise alerts, so you know what baby was crying about. Love that!No subscription seems to be needed.I have not had any camera disconnection issues.

Creepy monitor!
We’ve been using a Eufy baby monitor for the last 2 years. We love the one without WiFi! But it started to give out so we decided to upgrade to this one. Terrible idea. We got this one set up in his room and had the WiFi part set up which was great so we could go outside and enjoy the evening without having to worry about being too far for the connection. My child has been a great sleeper for the last year and a half. For the last week since we got this monitor he has been calling out for us more, a lot of restless sleep, and has almost been scared to go into his room. We’ve stayed away from WiFi monitors for a long time because of the stories I’ve heard with people hacking into them. Well the other day my child woke up and put a blanket over his head which he’s never done. So I went in and asked why he was doing that and he pointed at his monitor. So we tested it out and if you speak to the monitor from your phone it cuts all connection on the monitor screen and makes it go quiet. Which this has the Active Noise Reduction so it is already pretty quiet you probably wouldn’t even notice if it happened while you were sleeping. While we were doing that my child got visibly freaked out and started shaking and crying and told us to stop. This monitor immediately got removed from the room and WiFi turned off. We sent it back and will never get a monitor with WiFi again. We will be switching back to the non WiFi one. Just want to give anyone a heads up that is thinking about this! Definitely stick with the non WiFi version!
