Excellent value for money
Fantastic value for money. Works perfectly, the app is easy to install on an iPhone and I have found the battery life to be excellent. SpO2 monitoring is a bonus at this price range. You seem to have to pay a lot more for not much more functionality.

Good budget smart band
Large screen, good functionality. Alerts to texts, calls etc. Heart monitor works fine.Just a note: I connected to an android phone running android 11, and although it would connect it would not sync or receive notifications. I then connected to my new phone running android 13, and it works fine.

Decent performance.
I wear real watches and just wanted a simple health tracker to wear on my other wrist. I'm not to bothered about all singing smart watches that are obsolete within a couple of years so this fits the bill perfectly. I had an older model a few years ago and these newer ones have a much better interface and a bigger screen you can actually read. Took 5 minutes to setup after downloading the Mi fitness app. I thought the steps were a bit off but they are actually quite accurate. Construction is quite solid and the watch looks like it could take abuse. Battery life seems good and I'm still only down to 60% after 3 days. I'm so impressed I bought the wife one after she had a negative experience with a more expensive Huawei band 9.Update. I had to return the wife's as she couldn't get on with the strap. It kept coming undone in her active job. I do wish more of these bands had a buckle fitting.

Heart rate readings are completely inaccurate
The media could not be loaded. It simply doesn’t work. I got it to track my heart rate throughout the day and while exercising. After 25 minutes of intense stairmaster it was measuring my heart rate between 83-100bpm, so I counted my heart rate myself manually and it was 170bpm. I wiped my wrist dry before taking the measurements, tried different locations on my arm, tried it front and back on my wrist, held my arm still in front of me, yet the highest reading was 105bpm. How can I trust any of the readings it is doing throughout the day if it is this far off?

Incredible value for money
Great value for money. Is fairly basic but does the job well. I had a Fitbit 5 before and it has basically all the same functionality that I actually used for 20% of the price. I won’t even be annoyed if it dies after a year for this price.

Tragically, you get what you pay for
Looking at online reviews (check out "The Quantified Scientist" on youtube), it appears to have poor heartrate accuracy and poor sleep tracking accuracy. This makes it much less useful. Another minor drawback is that you can't switch the exercise distance units from km to miles, which is an odd oversight. On the plus side, it integrates with the iphone nicely. You can control the iphone camera shutter from the watch, for example, right out of the box, without messing with settings. The absence of built-in GPS isn't an issue--I always have my phone with me.
