It comes with a little User Manual that has more in-depth information about the Charger.I was just looking for something to charge up my basic Electric Toothbrush. I keep it in my upstairs bathroom, so not near my computer. I thought it would be great if I could get something small that I could plug into the wall and then plug the Electric Toothbrush charging base into. Voila! This worked perfectly for me. One cool feature is that the tines that plug into the wall fold in and out of the base unit, so this is safe to pack with other items if you want to bring it with you.For my Electric Toothbrush, it was totally out of charge when I started the charging process. I checked after 1.5 hours, and it was not yet done charging. I forgot to check it again until I went to bed, but at that point it was done, so within 7 hours. I assume it only took a fraction of that time. My Electric Toothbrush ran strongly this morning, so the Charger worked well!When I had originally read the Listing for this, I found it a little confusing. I’m not acquainted with Charger technology at all. So, if you feel the same way, you can rest assured that this will work as a basic electronics Charger for you. If you like all of the tech, then this Charger does have a lot to recommend it. In addition to what is stated in the Listing, the User Manual makes it sound very impressive! Here are some details:‘Multiple protective functions including short circuit protection, overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, overheating protection, and undervoltage protection. Great travel charger with plenty of power on tap. Can charge phones, tablets, watches, laptops at some of the highest speeds available today. The plugs fold away so you can carry it without risk of them puncturing something or scratching a screen.
