I wasn’t expecting to be this impressed, but this robot vacuum has completely surpassed all our expectations. Our floors have never been this clean—not even when we first moved in! I was skeptical at first, having had a poor experience with earlier robot vacuums that lacked mapping capabilities. But this one changed everything. It moves with care, never bumps into furniture, and takes its time to navigate safely around obstacles, making it feel incredibly intelligent and reliable.Setting it up was a breeze. From unboxing to having it clean our home took barely any time at all. The initial mapping process was surprisingly fast and remarkably accurate. Every corner of our space was captured with precision, and the robot navigates confidently using this map.One of the standout features is its multi-floor functionality. We have multiple levels in our home, and this robot handles them effortlessly. The only minor inconvenience is that selecting floors in the app could be a bit more straightforward—but once selected, it works flawlessly.For the first two weeks, the vacuum has run almost entirely without any human intervention. It did get stuck under our bed once, but aside from that single incident, it’s been completely independent and dependable.The app experience is equally impressive. It’s intuitive and accessible for users of any tech comfort level. At the same time, it offers a wide array of settings for those who want to dive deeper and fine-tune the experience. It strikes the perfect balance between simplicity and customization.In short, I highly recommend this robot vacuum to anyone looking to simplify their cleaning routine without compromising on results. It’s smart, effective, and truly a joy to use.What are the cons?1) Yes, you need to remove long hair from the roller.2) The station is quite big, but clean design. Not too ugly to have standing around.3) Cloud connected (data privacy?)4) Noise level is completely fine compared to a normal vacuum cleaner, but it runs for a long time.

Unbelievable so far! I’m absolutely amazed in how fantastic this machine works. You could have it just vacuum, just mop, vacuum, and mop at the same time or then vacuum and then mop. The ladder and room napping was done so quickly. I thought it screwed up. And the fact that I can tell the difference between Carpet and hardwood floors, probably shouldn’t be that surprised, but it definitely surprise me.We have it set to go off at 3 o’clock in the morning. I wake up every morning to a beautiful clean floor. We have two dogs and three cats and my life would usually mop every other day and vacuum Daly and now I don’t think she’s going to have to except maybe once a month for “deep cleaning“ type of mopping.I don’t wanna sound like I’m exaggerating, but I truly cannot believe how good this machine works. At this price point I can’t imagine what $1000 machine does.I only had it for a week so I may come back if things started to degrade or stuff happens but so far I am absolutely blown away and how well this thing vacuums and mops.

Great vacuum

I have told everyone and their mother about this robot vacuum/mop cleaner. I don’t make decisions lately or spend money on frivolous things ever and I did a couple months of research and finally pulled the trigger on this one and it’s been incredible since day one. I have two short haired dogs that shed constantly and their hair is the opposite color of our floor. This mop, we named him Marvin, allowed me to stop vacuuming or swiffering twice a day!! It’s been a dream. The floors are spotless and the app is incredible allowing me to customize each and every room and the cleaning specificity is insane. Every single aspect of this entire unit is perfect. 🤩 if you’re on the fence don’t be I say it almost daily that it is well worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. May be returning this. I had high hopes. It mapped my house successfully. During schedule cleanings, it keeps doing these dizzying spins and not getting the job done. I reached out to customer support and am waiting to hear back. I am within my return window. Will wait a little longer to see what gives.

Amazing, the clean is really good and is quick

This 5 star is based on my my first 3 weeks with it. Very easy to set up, very quiet while running. I most like the fact that you can program it to start cleaning on a certain day, the start time and how to clean, vac,mop or vac n mop. So far no issues!! Love it. I purchased it on someone else who has a different model,same brand, Dreame.
