Fab service my first mug arrived broken so got in touch and it was no trouble to re sent right away ... I then returned broken mug free. It was a Christmas gift and it was well received. Huge space hold a big cup of tea.

4 stars because it’s hard to hold when it’s a full brew but it is a great novelty mug

Bad paint job, crack in the handle and £5 postage. Not impressed.

Even as a coffee addict, I’ll admit two refills are enough with this cup.A few drawbacks are that it’s a bit awkward to get the last sips out and you’re probably best to hand wash/put into a more delicate setting if using a dishwasher though, but these small drawbacks aren’t enough to deter me. I love sharks, and I love coffee, and this helps keeps my spirits up, even just by having a look at it once in a while in the cupboards with my coffee cups.In the end that’s the most important thing about this cup, keeping spirits up, with even a small smile. Well worth it, and I love it.

Dommage

I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas... He's a parrothead and lives his life "fins up!" his face lit up like a little kid at Christmas when he opened it and he's using it this morning! It's super cute and practical, though I doubt it would be good in a reheat in the microwave. It feels like the kind of material that will make the handle too hot to hold, but we love it!
