What I can use to remove this ink from skin?

Put some baking soda and a few drops of Dawn dish washing liquid into palm of your hand. No water. Rub over the ink area and rinse. This will also take ink out of most fabrics and carpets.

will the ink dry on mylar and not smear ?

The pen claims to be water and fade proof, but I haven’t tried them on Mylar, so I really couldn’t say if it would smear.

are these pens archival or acid free?

The pens only state that they are water and fade proof.

Can these pens be used on wood, glass or rocks ?

These are fine/small nib pens. I like them because they nearly disappear as a light sketch under watercolor. If the rock, wood were a smooth finish then yes, but not a mark that is very visible. Rough textures in rock and wood, glass I would say no, use a larger size pen.
