Keeps Cables Neat and Convenient
I recently got a Mac mini M4 and was looking for a way to keep my workspace organized while expanding the ports and storage. This dock fits perfectly under the Mac and helps reduce clutter by combining a stand and hub in one. The ports are really handy for everyday use. It has USB-A and USB-C ports for transferring files, the SD and TF card slots are perfect for offloading photos, and the HDMI output works great with my monitor for smooth video. I also added a 1TB SSD to the built-in enclosure, and it’s been running fast and smoothly. Overall, it keeps everything neat and accessible, adds great functionality, and works smoothly.

Don’t buy this. It does work entirely.
None of the USB-A connections work. The SD card slot also does not work. The USB 3 connections do function, and the SSD slot works with a Crucial 2 TB SSD that I installed. So at least it acts as an SSD enclosure, and offers extra USB 3 ports, but this hub is not as advertised. They picture it with all these peripherals you can plug into it, but the one I bought doesn’t perform that way. It either isn’t designed to do the job it’s advertised to do, or it’s poorly made.

So far very pleased
Got this for my new Mac Mini M4 for extra storage and works great. I took a star off because the unit doesn't have the power to run an external drive or other more power intensive externals - but they tell you that in the description. - kind of.

Absolutely love this Mac mini M4 Dock! It fits perfectly under my Mac mini and keeps everything neat and organized. The build feels premium, and I’ve noticed a real boost in convenience and performance with all the extra ports. Everything just works seamlessly, and it looks great on my desk. Easily a 5-star upgrade to my setup!

Very Cool Dock Solution With Possible WiFi Interference Issues
Note: Some users may not encounter this issue at all, but be warned - the dock appears to cause issues with WiFi signal and speeds when installed correctly under the Mac (as it was designed).I’ve tested the WiFi speeds with the dock plugged in but away from the Mac (1st photo), installed correctly (2nd photo), and installed upside-down under the Mac (3rd photo) and it appears to severely slow WiFi connectivity on the Mac. That 332mbps is the fastest I saw the Mac on WiFi with the dock installed correctly - I saw speeds down to ~110mbps on some runs. I have 1.2 gigabit speeds to my router and frequently see a little over 1gbps on other devices in the house, wired or on WiFi 7.WiFi issue notwithstanding, the dock’s ports and NVMe slot worked great, as far as I can tell. They include a thermal pad for your NVME which was a nice touch. Still need to test the card reader and some other features. Nice form factor and it looks great, and pretty closely matches the Mac’s aluminum finish. So if your Mac mini is to be connected via Ethernet, this dock is a great choice. If you’re on WiFi, good luck. I’m still undecided if I’ll return it.

There is no delay.
The connection is very simple and the build quality is solid, just like the MAC mini. When I plugged it into the mini, all the ports worked properly and I didn't encounter any delay when connecting to any device on it.

Looks good and works well!
I really wanted to wait for the Satechi Mac mini M4 dock coming out on the 17th, but this one was impressive with the aluminum fins for cooling unlike almost all others. This one also can handle up to an 8TB M.2 SSD. All others I’ve noticed only go up to 4TB max.So, I put a Western digital Black 4TB SN850x in the slot and so far it works to perfection.I decided to add a copper heat sink above the M.2 for that additional cooling (and shielding) and effect. It’s a fact that copper is better than aluminum as a shield and blocks both magnetic and radio waves. Hopefully that’ll address any WiFi signal reduction like was mentioned on some other docks for the Mac Mini M4. I also decided to leave the Aluminum cover with the RayCue logo off to allow for more heat dissipation. Why lock the heat in with the SSD, you know? The copper heatsink in the 2mm height for anyone interested. The larger ones stick passed the RayCue cover and the Largest 2 interfered with the bottom of the Mac mini so it didn’t sit flush on the RayCue. The 2mm sits flush and still allows the RayCue cover to be put back on.I’m pretty please over all and this Mac mini now has more storage memory overall than any other computing device I’ve owned!
