I can not say anything bad about Verilux Happy Lights. They are relialble, light settings are spot on and ease to use. Well what can you say about that, just sit and work and let so its job. I haven't used the timer yet, as for size, great for small places and portable. I have used Verilux Happy Lights for many years and may different sizes, they keep getting smaller and better from the fluorescent (they were big) to the LED all are and were full spectrum. The trick is to fallow the directions and give yourself time to let it work. Doesn't happen over night (none of them do) here time is your friend. By the way I live in Alaska, it gets dark for months. Long story short you can't go wrong.

This light has changed my life! I live with Idiopathic Hypersomnia and sleep doesn't really rejuvenate me. I use this light for 15-30 minutes while I wake up every day and I am much more energized. I have also noticed my depression has improved significantly. If I miss a day with this light, I can feel my energy significantly diminished. I cannot recommend this light any more than I already do! High quality, worth the money, and irreplaceable!

Brightness:It is VERY bright. I'm thankful for the ability to dim it a bit.Design:The only thing that is difficult is turning the light on and then trying to look at anything to dim and/or set the timer.Size:It's nice, slim and lightweight. I put it in my purse and take it to work.

The “buttons” (which are more like flat touch pads) are extremely finicky. Sometimes they work on the first touch, other times I have to keep pressing them. I find it annoying especially when I just wake up. It could just be my device, but I had known this, I wouldn’t have purchased it. I do like the small size though.

I bought this light for my desk after realizing the larger one I got only had a wall plug. I don't have enough outlets near my desk and I needed a USB connection. I also needed a smaller light to take with me on a recent trip, and this one did not disappoint. It was very easy to pack and came with a wall adapter so I could plug it in where I was staying. The only issue I have with it is that the timer button isn't very sensitive and I often have to tap it several times to get it to work, but it's not a deal breaker. I could always set a timer on my watch if it became too much of a nuisance. It is extremely bright. It does get a little warm after 15 minutes of use, but it doesn't seem to overheat or anything.

I got this light specifically for the flexibility of using USB-C and having it be portable. 80% of the time, I try to plug it in to a power source with USB-C, it turns on for one second, then turns off. The manufacturer's website doesn't allow me to submit the support form to get any support, and it's too late to return to Amazon. Very disappointed. Last time I'll buy from Verilux.

I love my lil Happy Light!! I use it at work at my desk— no where near a window so if I don’t leave my desk, I do not see daylight at all. 9 months out of the year, I go to work in the dark and come home in dark… and live in the PNW so this light is awesome! I love that it’s small too! Wish it had a remote, but I didn’t think about that until after the fact. There’s a timer, which is handy… cool little light!

I'm a precall nurse in a dark little office. I thought this would help perk me up- it's tiny, but mighty! It doesn't take up a lot of room, and the stand helps keep it in place. Happy with this purchase!
