These little snacks are my breakfast pick me up. I love the flavor, the energy I get from them. I love the ingredients as well the flax seeds and sunflower seeds as well.

Great taste but very easy to overeat. I like the small bags for portion control.

Only 120 calories, the bites are a nice fulfilling snack. They are a favorite of mine.I like having them on hand.

Actually taste really good. in preferred the banana but blueberry was fine

These will be a go-to purse emergency snack for me from now on because the quality, convenience and perfect pop-in- your-mouth-size of each little healthy "muffin" won't make any mess at all when you need a fast energy boost or an oh no I forgot to eat moment! I'm so glad I bought the whole box, and took a chance because this is a good deal for healthy emergency snacks for adults. I'd say check allergens for kids.

It is a good snack for on the go

great tasting, healthy muffins. My grandchildren love them and with one child being sensitive to barley and maltdextrin we have problems finding product without barley so much of our foods have these additives. I have seen a change in there bowel movements, they are loaded with fiber. Great little snack

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We had never tried these, thought they sounded good but they weren't. The texture was weird and they just did not have that goodness that other Belvita products have. They were aweful.
