Love the size because I sometimes have back pain and they cover the area that's needed.

Worlds really well for pinched nerve, sore muscles, easy to apply however they do stick to each other when you put them on so be mindful!

I've tried nearly all the patches. When I hit the Icy Hot Max patches I was psyched. There's nothing better than lidocaine and menthol. It's by far the best out there in my opinion. I usually rub the affected area down with Icy Hot Max cream, let it dry then apply the patch. They are sticky, as much as most others. I always tape or wrap the patch so it doesn't accidentally take a break. Good stuff for the cash, it's easy to use and it helps stop the pain, most importantly. I put one on at night and I can still feel 'heat' from it in the morning. I wish they'd make the large patches in Max.

patches work great but they weren’t shipped in a bubble mailer or small box just a label on the original packaging. the original box was completely smashed, thankfully all patches were still in the box.

Good for aches and pains cheaper on Amazon than Walmart or pharmacies
