This fountain was bought to replace an old plastic one that had worn out after a long time. I saw the stainless steel and thought it would be a lot better. I was right. It is easy to clean and works perfectly. I especially like the light because it is easy to see when the water level drops and my cat likes it because the depth of water in the tray at the top is perfect for her. It is extremely quiet and I can hardly hear anything when I am right next to it - just a slight sound of water running. Once a couple of yards away from the fountain you cannot hear a thing. The filter and sponge are very easy to change when necessary but make sure it is turned off and the water has run into the base of the unit so that it does not spill onto the floor when you remove the tray. It is a lovely looking fountain with perfectly clear running water and excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

I bought this water fountain to replace a plastic one my cat's have been drinking from fir some time.This one is much better, easy to put together better quality as it's stainless steel therefore more hygienic, my 5 cats love the water spout the size is fine and it has a blue light on the water level.It comes with a generous 2 year warranty on the pump and you can also request complimentary replacement filters which is great too.I'm glad I upgraded to this design less bulky, fresh moving water for my furbabies to lap and enjoy.

Shopping anc packaging were great, it’s a very easy installation and nice that it comes with one replacement filter. My cats have been enjoying it and actually drinking water!! It’s completely silent but it does have a bright light so I would avoid putting it near a bed. It’s pretty sturdy and is not heavy to it’s easy to move around and clean. My cats don’t have an issue with the water pressure but I would buy a mat to go with it as if you have curious cats, it could get messy! All in all a brilliant product

Really pleased with this, it looks good, has a handy light so you can see the water level, and holds plenty of water. Seems to be the perfect height for my kittens, they took to it straight away. It's quiet in operation, and has water filters to keep fresh. Mine came with an offer for a free pack of filters, which was a nice addition.

It’s a little heavy but not as heavy as I thought it would be, I just have to be careful when manoeuvring it and myself downstairs for a two-day clean up.The build is easy and made of good material (steel will always, always be the cleaner alternative). The water flow is a perfect balance: not a spray but not a barely-there trickle either and it’s just like a tap running. The cat has shown some interest which is great because he is NOT a drinker.It’s quiet and there’s no hummmm of a machine in the middle of a night to keep you awake, just the inevitable but normal sound of water running (it would be literally impossible to have a soundless water fountain). The LED blue light is quite cool-looking plus it provides an insight into how much water inside the fountain is left.It is a little disappointing that I’ll have to turn it off whilst I’m on holiday as it is powered by the plug and once the plug is off, the fountain, too, will go off immediately. I would suggest battery powered, but this fountain is already expensive enough to maintain as it is; you have to buy a 6-12 pack of filters to replace them, which can be just as expensive to purchase as the actual fountain itself. On the bright side, just buying a 6 pack of filters will set you up for the next 6 months as they only need to be replaced every 4 weeks (the equivalent of a month).

Great product, huge capacity for a cat. Water stays clean for days. Last time I bought a water fountain, it was so noisy I gave up on it. This has no noise and the cat loves it. Furthermore the seller sent free filters upon receipt of the item. Would definitely recommend!

I have used many water fountains for my multi cat home, this one is by far the best one. It holds a large amount of water so I do not have to fill it several times a day. The design is pleasing to the eye and blends in with its surroundings. There is a blue led that allows you to see the bowl in the dark, so no more tripping over it or unsuspecting cat trying to have a peaceful drink. The only way to know it is working is to look at it as it runs silently. The top fits to the pump effortlessly unlike the others I have tried. The filter system is next level, the filter pad sits into an easy opening container while the pump has a slot for a filter sponge doubling the filtration. I have cats that like drinking from a bowl and others preferring a tap in the bathroom, now they have the best of both worlds. A spout allows the water to flow like a tap whilst allowing some to pool in the bottom for my cats that like bowl drinking. I have however made a slight adaptation by adding a sensor to the bowl allowing it to turn off when not in use, movement near the bowl turns it on until the movement has gone. My cats approve of the bowl as they no longer drink from plastic. I have ordered another one to replace the other plastic one.
