Brilliant starter kit for ages 2+
It's a lovely starter kit for young ones to learn shapes and use playdoh. Brilliant colors and amount. Using it for over 6 months now.

Good and simple set to introduce to beginners
This is one of the very good, if not the best, playdoh set we ended up purchasing. Although we purchased it when our child was 2-year-old, it has come in handy as our kid turned 3.The set comes with 8 different shape cutters (circle, triangle, square, oval, star, heart, rectangle and diamond). Each shape cutter has a unique color. Further, we got matching colored cans of playdoh.The shape cutters have smooth edges and can be easily handled by the small hands. This is one of the first playdoh set where our kid can independently work without our help. Rolling, squeezing, kneading playdoh and manipulating with shape cutters can help greatly in strengtheninghand and finger muscles needed for writing.Why one star less? Dough in some cans was more sticky than the others. We did not face this issue with independent playdoh set we have.

Poor quality
I ordered this for my children but it turns out to be of very very bad quality the doh is too sticky and spreads out horribly

Average slime quality !! But worth a game for a toddler
My two year loved these . Played almost everyday with the shapesThe slime hardened after one month of playing and was very difficult to mould

Perfect first play doh set for toddlers
This is the best play doh set I have found for my 2 year old. The shape cutters are simple and perfect and you can make big and small sized shapes. He is obsessed with shapes and I have been piecing together shapes from other sets but they were all very small and not exactly what I wanted. It comes with paper shape which obviously wont last forever but is at least temporarily keeping him focused on keeping the colors separate for awhile. The roller it came with is larger than other sets and is easier for a two year old. This should be the first play doh set you buy for a mini person as it is easy and helps you teach shapes.

Easy for very young play-doh artists
My almost-two year-old really loves the cut out shapes in this set, and it's easy for her to do all by herself. The play mats were briefly fun but they ripped quickly. Still, we've gotten plenty of enjoyment out of the cutters, which are well shaped for little hands.
