On first use I mixed it with unsweetened almond milk but it was too heavy for me. Then I started drinking with water however it tastes powdery so I haven't been drinking it regularly which is why I haven't noticed any results yet. The flavour is good and I personally found it too sweet.

Peut être un peu trop sucré

Ottimo il sapore, mi è piaciuto molto. Denso, pensavo che l'avrei bevuto come un semplice frullato invece per la sua densità me lo gusto lentamente come se fosse veramente un pasto. E sazia molto a lungo. Ma... mi gonfia terribilmente. Inizialmente non riuscivo a capire cosa c'era nella composizione che facesse quell'effetto. E solo dopo mi sono resa conto che la proteina usata era di origine vegetale - di soia. I legumi mi danno sempre un gonfiore per questo ho smesso di sonsumarli. Peccato. Ormai lo finisco, ma in futuro dovrò passare ad un altro tipo di proteina.

Je ne l'ai reçu qu'aujourd'hui l'envoie a était assez rapide assez bon goût ( macchiato caramel : ) ) la dosette est incluse mais pas le shaker et a lire certains commentaires j'esperais l'avoir aussi ( si le fabriquant me lie il n'est jamais trop tard pour me l'envoyer ) sinon pour l'instant assez satisfaite bien que les ingrédients ne soient pas trop naturels comparés a une autre marque de substitut .

Arrivé avant la date prévue bien emballé. Testé de suite car arrivé pile poil pour le repas du soir.N'ayant pas encore de saker, préparé dans une chope de bière avec un fouet.🤣🤣 Peut être pas assez mélangé car laisse un arrière goût. Sinon l'odeur est agréable. Goût macchiato. Je reviendrai laisser quand j'aurais le shaker et perdu quelque kilo.
