I bought this due to having Lasik and my doctor gave me supplements where this was the same main ingredient. It's helped my eyes, my Crohns, and my joints! This product is a godsend! It's easy to swallow. It's about the size of a fish oil pill so a little big (they look exactly the same), there's no taste or burps though, it's very effective!

This helped my dry eyes. My eyes don't get as dry as they did before I started using this product. They're not as dry in the morning when I wake up either. This pill was more effective than fish oil for me. The pills are a bit large, but still easy to swallow. I plan to repurchase these! :)

After reporting to me doctor how bad my hair was falling out and being totally ignored I started taking this. It is a big gel oil but it easy to swallow and do worth it!!! My hair stopped falling out and a few months later I have so much hair growing back in that I have to lay down or it will stick up yay. That's a great problem to have! Another thing is way way less gray eyebrows to pluck out! And my brows are looking good again. I'm 61 and trying to look my best. You'll learn that when you get older your body hair changes.
