Not worth it
Seems like a great device, but I chose UPDATE in the app and the screen just flashes the word UPGRADE and won't do anything. It has been doing this for hours and won't finish the update.Update: I uninstalled the JYouPro app and unpaired the device. Then downloaded the app again, paired the device, binded the device in the app, and attempted the update again. This time it was successful and the flashing UPGRADE message went away. I then had to unbind, exit app, unpair, pair again, open app, bind again, and all was well. Big headache, but at least it works again!4 Month Update: Heart rate sensor no longer works. SpO2 sensor no longer works. Blood pressure sensor no longer works. I think all three used the same sensor. Also the sleep monitoring had stopped working too...not sure how that's related to the sensor. On the plus side, the battery life is great now that it barely does anything. I can easily get two weeks on a charge. Step counter still works, as does call/SMS notifications, alarms, find phone, and the clock. The stopwatch is so hard to use that it might as well not be there.Did I mention the charger is a huge pain? It clamps on instead of plugging in, and is quite difficult to line up the connector pins.Overall this product is very disappointing, even for the price.

Almost 5 stars
I like the tracker, the way it looks, feels and it has alot of functions, and the app is pretty good to. There is 1 BIG but though....although there is an option in the app to switch the clock format from 24hr to 12hr, it does not work. The app shows the 12hr format is selected, but the tracker never updates its constantly in 24hr time which is really annoying. If i cant figure out how to get it to change, I will have to return.

You get what you pay for....
Item came and was packaged well. That was about it. Had problem syncing to the phone and most times it is not accurate. The time stays in 24 hr mode even though there is the option to change it to 12 hr mode it will not change. The app says there is a new update and it has sat there for over an hour and not updated at all. Most likely sending this back and looking into something better.

Meh.
It's not quite what I was expecting. The companion app is lackluster with a poor user interface, heart rate takes a few tries to get accurate, and will only show the time in military time. Kinda disappointed.

Not accurate!!!
This tracker works, does what it says but!! The blood pressure readings is way way off along with heart rate. Oh and the app sucks big time.

Need a new charger.
I bought this Fitness tracker and I like it. But I lost my charger and need a new one. How do I order it? How much it (only charger) costs?

UPDATED - Good watch, horrible fitness tracker
PROS-Syncs easily with the app-Notifications for calls and sms-Band will fit just about any wrist size-Looks goodCONS-Calls and sms notifications don't show caller id from contacts, so unless you know all phone numbers, you won't know who calls or sms you-Highly inacurate at counting steps, adds "ghost" steps by the thousands (thinks i "walked" over a thousand steps while i watched a movie)-Hearteate is NOT real time. It's either on request or at set intercals ans take about 20 seconds for a reading-Sleep analysis is complerely off, got up twice during the night and these didn't even register (app marks the whole night as "deep sleep")-Blood pressure is a little low-Calories burned are solely calculated by amount of steps regisrered, so not acurate at allOverall, not satisfied at all for a fitness tracker. But good price for a bluetooth watch with sms and call notification. They should have kept at only that.UPDATE - After a couple days of testing:- Exercise calories in the app and calories counted on the watch don't match, I worked manually today and maybe walked between 2000 and 3000 steps (being generous) and the watch tracked nearly 14,000 steps.- The sleep monitor did track last night better than the first ones (not 100% deep sleep).- Heart rate is still not real time during exercises and is not displayed in the app either (no average at the end of the exercise either).- Battery life seems pretty good at the moment, 4 days done and battery still indicates around 60%, that's quite good!In the end, I will request to return the item. I was looking for a fitness tracker and while this is a sweet watch with notifications (real good for the price), the basic features I was looking for (real time heart rate monitor and calories burned) are completely broken at the moment and very very far from what the company claims...

Perfect tracker
I love this fitness tracker. It keeps track of my steps perfectly and my heart rate too, that was a huge bonus for me. And I also love the feature where it tracks how you are sleeping. I have always wondered that for it always seems like I am so tired in the morning, but I always thought I had enough sleep. This tracker helps me realize....I'm not!!!Perfect fit

recommend to buy
I bought this as a gift for my husband as he always wants to track his blood pressure. He is happy with it though it took a little bit time to understand how it works..:)

Great watch for price.
Watch was exactly as described. App for phone easy to find, but drains battery. Battery life of watch so far is great, charged for 2 hours 4 days ago still has 3/4 of a battery.
